NYSPINS £50,000 Withdrawal Denied

Hi everyone!
So I put my withdrawals in on NYSPINS back on the 26th September 202017 weeks ago.
I have been back and forth with these guys for the last 17 weeks this was due to the KYC process.
the biggest issues I have had with NYSPINS is the speed they have com back to me on email. On average it’s been around a week but sometimes even longer.
I am now at the point that I have sent in all my documentation as before certain items have been rejected even though these have been passed by videslots KYC for a withdrawal of £140,000.
At first I just went along with the verification process which I understand has to be done especially due to winning £50,000 I deposited £3000 in total roughly.
I will be very honest I feel completely let down by NYSPINS not only for the slow process but not even a member of the management calling me.
they only have live chat and emails that’s it. I did find a mobile number from the U.K. on the terms and conditions but this linked to a man from Syria and apparently was a content mistake by NYSPINS even though the number is still on there.

I sent that Josh a email from suprnation but have never had a reply.

I sent my last few emails this week so we will see what happens!

I joined NYSPINS back in September and to date I have waited nearly 17 weeks for my £50,000 withdrawals I have been back and forth with them over emails about verification documentation. When I received an email from them I would always respond with the information on the same day but sadly I would get a reply from them on average 7 days which is awful customer service.
live chat is a complete waste of time they don’t know any information and you can’t call them so you are just trusting them to email you back in good time which hasn’t happened.
my withdrawals got resevered weeks ago and put back into my balance this was due to the ongoing verification process.
I have sent in so many documents to them and sent the last ones in this weeks after some off them failed to be verified even though videoslots accepted them after winning £140,000 a few weeks before.

I sent that Josh from suprnation emails but never got a reply.

I will keep you informed off this process
I don’t want to accuse them off delaying payment but not too sure.

Assume you have been requested something more than picture of your ID as it been ongoing so long time? If they keep not accepting your documents and you been providing everything you can, would then next contact IBAS who seem to be their ADR service.

That Videoslot have accepted same documents earlier is really irrelevant. If you file complaint to IBAS they should get your and casinos sides of this and give their opinion if they are unreasonable or not. If this is like could be guessed, some SOW and affordability related where you need to provide some proofs how you fund your gambling, it might be that IBAS don't do much as AML regulations most often overrule all secondary things like LCCP:s but getting them involved shouldn't do any bad at least, in it's worse they can just agree with casinos side but that don't make anything worse than it's now.

Have you sent him a PM on here? I've not dealt with him for anything but he seems to reply fairly quickly from looking at other threads.

when I won this money I sent in all the usual documentation for verification process. They did have an issue with my certificate of winnings from Monaco which was sent to me from the vip manager in Monte Carlo and was excepted by videslots the original certificate didn’t have the casino logo on but I managed to speak with my vip manager over there and she sent me a new copy with the logo on and I also sent NYSPINS the email from them just for evidence so that fine now.
the other issue they had was the money I used to deposit on NYSPINS as this originally came from my winnings at videoslots after I won at videslots I played at many other casino high stakes and just before I played at NYSPINS I had withdrawals from grosvenor land base casino, winning room, betvictor, Vegas luck a few days ago I have managed to get the DPO from grosvenor to send confirmation to me regarding the £60,000 I won at grosvenor, winning room I got them to email confirmation documentoff my £60,000, Vegas luck, betvictor the same.
So now I am waiting for a email to see if this has all been accepted now.

In the past I have given them enough evidence from the casinos that was acceptable to videoslots but the slow responses has resulted in waiting 17 weeks

I have been in touch with Ibas and started a case and also have a solicitor on standby just in case.

my case with NYSPINS is not about the £50,000 winnings it’s about the documentation that’s all.

hopefully it will be fixed now 17 weeks is a lot to wait.

Yes mate it’s the correct email I got it from the suprnation website plus checked online. I sent Josh an message yesterday on here but no reply even though he was online.

Yes Colin I am hoping to get a response today from NYSPINS as now I have sent the proof off my funds which related to the deposits at NYSPINS. Just want the finished with so I can get on with my life!

this is what I have to put up with live chat! Told incorrect information again on my balance! He told me he was busy! Sorry for the inconvenience Sebastian I have only waited 17 weeks! Obviously the relevant department are very busy with my verification process!
