So I put my withdrawals in on NYSPINS back on the 26th September 202017 weeks ago.
I have been back and forth with these guys for the last 17 weeks this was due to the KYC process.
the biggest issues I have had with NYSPINS is the speed they have com back to me on email. On average it’s been around a week but sometimes even longer.
I am now at the point that I have sent in all my documentation as before certain items have been rejected even though these have been passed by videslots KYC for a withdrawal of £140,000.
At first I just went along with the verification process which I understand has to be done especially due to winning £50,000 I deposited £3000 in total roughly.
I will be very honest I feel completely let down by NYSPINS not only for the slow process but not even a member of the management calling me.
they only have live chat and emails that’s it. I did find a mobile number from the U.K. on the terms and conditions but this linked to a man from Syria and apparently was a content mistake by NYSPINS even though the number is still on there.
I sent that Josh a email from suprnation but have never had a reply.
I sent my last few emails this week so we will see what happens!
