Sorry if this pointless thread, but i signed up deposited 10, thought get 320% bonus but didn't credit it, went on live chat no one answers so thought just play anyway. Got upto 80 withdrawn at 50.

Then get email saying it will be pending for 4 days, and then this

Hi, yes, at 21nova casino usual pending period is 4 days. But they always pay(if not want notorized docs, this happens very rare, but happens). You can expect money after 4 days pending ends, within few hours.
This is terrible long, yes.

No, not pointless.
Bear in mind most Playtechs (including this shower) are in the pit for drip-feeding jackpot payouts.
Those sites mostly have the vile and archaic 96-hour pending.
Get your cashout then play at accredited Playtechs. Avoid WHG casinos.
As for the term you quote, this is simply a proviso all casinos have, don't worry 99% of the time you will be paid back to your deposit method. This term is usually for Mastercards that don't take gambling refunds, so you need to supply webwallet or bank a/c details.
