I just stumbled upon a new netent Casino by browsing the netentstalker blog.

It´s called superlenny dot com and is run by same group which is also behind thrills, good sign:D

Anyone tried them yet?

They offer a 100% welcome bonus with 60wr on bonus, what doesnt get clear to me by reading the bonusrules is are you able to withdraw early if you havent touched the bonus money, or does one always have to fullfill the whole wr? As the wagering is 60times bonus it would be pretty bad.
That they also offer wagerfree freespins is very cool i think.

Would be great to hear some opinions on them...

Thanks for the fast feedback, did they change their welcome offer then? As for now you get 100% on your first 3 deps and 50freespins on on your first 3 deposits, so you received 100 per dep?

And do you know i one can cashout if you win with your deposit and dont touch the bonus?

I believe they are saying that there are more of us up here that plays Netent.
Some even say that we have money and plays a lot too, but I believe we are just cute and that needs to be rewarded :p

Yeah - players from Sweden, Norway and Finland get a slightly better welcome bonus package.

As cowel mentioned, this is a new brand from Betit Group - the same company behind Thrills, but these casinos are being operated by separate teams.

SuperLenny, unlike Thrills, is also offering Sports and Live Casino.

Slots lagging a little bit, for some reason NetEnt worse than Quickfire.
Avalon II was a PITA.

Welcome bonus OK, I mean, I don`t worry about WR at all (unless it`s crazy high).

Only problem I had was them not responding to my message sent via lobby.
I had questions about accounts and KYC, the usual. It`s been three days now.

But because of Thrills being a class casino, I am not expecting any problems

I've spoken with live chat support and they were very quick to answer, friendly as well. I also wanted to point out that there is no max bet limit on their welcome bonus. Which IMO helps make up for the WR so that's good :thumbsup:

I'll keep everyone updated on the withdrawal process.

Hey Erik. Thanks. No I don't, I've been so out of the loop for the last year I'd forgotten what a screen shot was ;)

Would I be able to request pictures from Customer Support?

My biggest wins were on Pandora's Box hit 5OAK with the helmets on a $2.50 bet which returned around $250 just for that line hit. I actually had a rather nice win on Mega Fortune which came as a surprise won $100 on a $1 bet on the feature. Got four scatters on Trolls so the scatters plus 20 free spins returned $100. Received an email today regarding document verification. I've got a copy of my passport and Skrill account. But I don't have any bills. I do everything online, I even get my private health insurance bill online, I don't have a mobile contract (never want to be locked into anything). I'm able to provide a copy of my bank e-statement that has my address on it will that be enough?

Ok it will be fine to provide the E-bank statement instead of a utility bill

I do not think wager is that high, as its 100% bonus its just like having 30x bonus on deposit and bonus, But If I am right its better as if you do not break in to your bonus than theres no play threw like on other sites

I really don’t like this welcome bonus at all. In fact, in my opinion it’s pointless. Let’s for argument sake you deposit 50 and you get a 50 bonus the play through on the bonus would be 3 thousand which is fine. Now you end up losing your original 50 but hit big when you get into the bonus money. You now won’t be able to make play through on that bonus money. You have to keep depositing real money in order to clear the WR so it ends up costing you more. Is this the case or am I missing something?

I know Bet-at has a bonus system where you can withdraw as long as you haven’t touched your bonus money but if you dip into that, you can continue to wager until you have met your WR. Therefore, in my mind Bet-at-eu’s method is much better.
I am sure Superlenny is a good casino however; I would never take an offer like this.

Problems with this casino

I seem to have some issues with this casino. I deposited 300 SEK 24h ago and when I open up a slot it says that my balance is 0 SEK. When I close the slot and check my balance at the top of the screen it says "Bonus: 600 SEK". I've sent three mails to customer support about this and received a reply on the 2nd one. The reply was probably meant for someone else though as it had nothing to do with my question.

I'm sure they'll sort it out sometime soon but waiting 24h (this far!) for something like this is not OK and I highly doubt I'll continue playing at this site.

Try different machines, I believe some country do not allow certain games?

Have had my last session on SuperLenny (Rant)

Terribly unlucky on this site, 1100 euros several different slots net ent and MG.

Bets 0,4-1 euro. Have had under 4 hours playtime! Never over 50x bet.

Sessions of 300 euro on very low bet with no features.

This can happen anywhere (RNG) but I expect them to be understanding and find solutions for compensations however small.

The worst is ridiculously long answering time here on casinomeister PM (Erik), insanely long answering time on mail, rude and very little understanding CS reps on Live Chat the few times they have been available.

If I add this to Thrills double reservations of all my deposits during the time I played there (keeping the money for weeks) AND the insane Everymatrix lag which for instance Guts is nowhere close.

I RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE. Talk to Glenn at Guts. If I am having a cold streak for a day or two suddenly there is 30-70 euros(30x WR) in my account, complements of the house. There is something called "treating your customer right" and Thrills/SuperLenny does not know of such a thing. Their business relationship management should be reviewed as soon as possible.

I bet they will answer with but we have given you 200 freespins of 0,1 euro and 50 euro free once. Well NOT BLOODY GOOD ENOUGH when other casinos does so much more. A cold streak as long as I have had, especially with so little playtime.. Goodbye!

they might have fixed the net ent games but OMG the mg games are terrible lag here erik! 8-10 seconds pause time on every spin on immortal romance! I was pleased when I lost my sign up money..this was at lenny casino btw.

Very sorry for the bad experience you had, have a cold streak is never fun.
Also regarding the long waiting times you have experienced I will for sure try to be faster here on CM and I will also talk to our support staff to see what has been causing the delays.

Regarding compensation, we constantly review our loyal players and offer them compensations in terms of bonuses/freespins etc. and this works goes in cycles which means that they might not come directly at the end of a loosing streak, but they will come.

Regarding the lag issues, we are aware that there is some lag, but it has been fixed now for the NetEnt games and we are hoping that we will be able to sort it our for the rest of our portfolio aswell.

That sucks man! But i dont think superlenny should be blamed for this, and the fact that they gave you comps means they do care for their players. Maybe the comps are not so big because they are a new brand and cant afford to give away too much free money at this point.

The lagging slots is a different story tho. 5-10 second intervals between spins makes a play session about as fun as chewing tinfoil :( glad they managed to fix it.
 
deposited £1000 on Friday played all weekend withdrew £900 Sunday and was asked for documents last night. I sent documents this morning accepted within 3 hours. just waiting for money to go back on card. There was no game lag and everthing was good. will update on how long it takes to reach account

I've had the exact opposite experience. I've been playing quite a bit of Netent at Super Lenny and I just had my second cash-out yesterday. I'm ahead at this casino. My idea of disturbingly unlucky was my game play at Guts. I was never ahead there ever, The agents there were giving me comps and counting them towards my RTP because the games were that terrible.

The CS has been fine for me at Super Lenny and I can assure you I'm not easily pleased. I didn't get any lagging or error codes surprisingly Netent games played all very smooth (I don't play Microgaming so I can't comment on that).

I was never that impressed with the level of customer appreciation at Guts. Maybe you had a different experience. But I think that since Super Lenny gave you a $50 comp their customer appreciation can't be that bad. Other casinos won't give you anything.

Hi All,

I was over at Rainmakers website and joined superlenny after Rainy gave a good review on them, so I gave them a try. I killed the 50X D+B easily and managed to get $500 I could withdraw but only ended up withdrawing $200 which is still in a pending status.
I joined and started to play Saturday lunchtime so I probably wont expect the money till Monday.

Overall, great customer service- very patient and helpful. Great selection of games and I had NO lag issues what so ever, worked like a well oiled machine. So overall I would play there again, and will.

My Experience here..

OK, joined Friday and chose not to take the mental 60x WR bonus. Deposited a total of 170, found the games ran fine with just the occasional laggy spin on Netent, and the standard awful 'slow spin=winning spin' on the Quickfire MG games (this is on all casinos that use QF though and needs to be addressed by QF pronto).

Had hours of playtime, down to my last 5 and had a 190 win on BDBA bonus round and peaked at 270-ish. In the end, cashed out a few pence short of my 170 deposits so broke about even.

My only concern is slow cash-outs. I cashed out about 1 am. Saturday and it's still reversible a 30 hours later. You simply don't get this awful unnecessary pending period on equivalent sites like Guts and Videoslots and Redbet and Casinoluck etc.
It does state in the terms a 24-hour delay on your first cash-out, but I'm well past that.

I haven't been asked for docs and can't see a facility to upload them on the site in advance. No doubt when they get round to looking at my cash-out probably tomorrow (Mon) at the earliest they will ask for them and delay things further although I use 'verified by visa' to deposit so maybe not. We'll see.

So, gameplay was generally fine, but unless cash-outs are processed as fast as their competitors I won't be depositing again.
