I made my first deposit on superlenny last week and am very satisfied with my experience there.

I deposited 20€, took the welcome bonus, beat the quite high wr and cashed out ~220€ in the end. I had constant wins on mg slots, mostly played playboy, and also some netent games. Once my balance reached 200+ i never came down under 200 again so i could easily wager through the wr, with some 100+ bet wins in between which always repaid downswings.
The games ran supersmooth, i really like their interface, on one point i made a max bet on victorious by mistake, damn cost me 25€, as i was playing with a bonus i was scared they now may see this as a breach as maxbet allowed is 7,5€ on bonusplay. My withdrawal which I requested yesterday also hasnt been paid yet. As the first only took a few hours including verification it made me wonder why it takes so long this time.

Just had a chat with support and was told they are running an update to the site which makes accepting of withdrawals impossible. It should get sorted within in the hour.

So far no problem for me, hope they really get it done like they said.

The only minor negative was I emailed them twice about withdrawal times etc and what is happening and am yet to receive a response from them. thinking of trying out the second bonus option they have as the 50 free spins with NO WR is pretty good on top of the bonus.

I can see where miiisooo coming from with payment options, Some sites got a complete page of options, Its good that you are implementing your own,

Hi Erik,

Can you clarify whether one needs to finish wagering requirements regardless if one dips into bonus funds or not? I recommended Thrills/Superlenny to my father and he played for a good while (not close to finish wr though), and managed to accumulate some winnings. I told him he could withdraw his deposit and winnings despite not meeting the wr, as he hadn't touched the bonus funds - however, as soon as he cancelled the bonus he not only lost his bonus but also lost all his winnings, and obviously got really pissed at me.

If a player needs to finish the WR, this should really be called a 25xD+B and not 50xB. Could you please clarify why he lost them?
