Hello everyone,
I want to share my recent experience with NYXBets, which is operated by Greenwich NV and holds a valid Curaçao eGaming license (OGL/2024/1646/1023).
After depositing €100 and fully verifying my account with all requested documents, I managed to win €1,700. Shortly after, my account was permanently closed without a clear explanation.
When I contacted customer support, they initially mentioned an “administrative decision” and later claimed I violated their terms and conditions, but never specified which rules I allegedly broke. They refused to provide concrete evidence or any detailed explanation.
Currently, they only offer to refund my original deposit, refusing to pay out my winnings. They have also been evasive when I asked about their licensing and complaints procedures.
I have tried multiple times to get answers through their live chat, but the responses are vague and unhelpful.
I am now preparing a formal complaint with Curaçao eGaming, as their behavior appears to violate licensing requirements around transparency, fair treatment, and complaint handling.
If you have had similar issues or advice on dealing with this operator, I would appreciate your input.
