Thrills casino ; netent problems

    I hadnt played on thrills for about a year i think when out of the blue i get a bonus offer of 100% bonus n 25 fs, gr8

    I go to deposit n cant because my card is high risk n told them u send a copy of my card to processor n that should sort it but they took a day or so to eventually listen(I use the same card at lenny and must have made around 14-15 deposits in last few months) so opened a old neteller accnt that i never used b4 to deposit

    Now i cant access live help or any netent games because there is a technical error(its been 3 days), credit to superlenny support as they have answered every question about it whenever asked(they didnt need to)

    Anyone else from the UK having problems with netent? as i have been told its only giving problems to UK customers?

    From 1st impression back, superlenny has overtaken thrills as their support is always there, games are working fine, my card issue there was sorted in half an hour after reporting it

    What are your impressions? Superlenny or Thrills?

    Strange because I thought it was the same support in both. I always get the same people that I talk to.
    Otherwise they are at least sharing the names :D

    Thanks for reminding me that SuperLenny do exist. I belive when we sign up at both they are choosing what casino that will send out offers. I haven't got a single email this year from SuperLenny, but a lot from Thrills.

    Yep im a UK player and have also been having difficulty as not one of the netents will load up same as you..

    I have emailed thrills but was told there were no issues and to try a different browser and clear cookies etc but still no joy.. have messaged the rep on here to see if theres anything they can do to get this sorted :)

    Yeah I am having problems with the net ent slots now and last night!

    HAD THE same problems and also have 25 fs on starburst but superlenny support did acknowledge problems with netent on thrills for uk players and should be sorted by monday but 3 days for not a single netent slot to work should be a big loss n fixed way quicker

    I think support might have checked from overseas and the problem exists in the UK, i had same problem a few weeks back where support was telling me dracula is live and they can see it but i couldnt and then erik(rep) figured the problem out for me that its not available for UK players

    ye forgot to mention that one to .. it wouldnt let me click it yesterday as to why i resulted in emailing the actual site.

    i deposited to play the netent and ended up playing microgaming as thats all i could get to work lol

    £50 starting balance was gone in 15mins or so :-(

    that was my intention as well because MG has been awful to me despite few good wins because they were too far in between but this time i couldnt wait 3 days so played almost all on JP

    Starting at 50, went down to 21 on 30p bets, logged out and back in put the bet up to 60p and went up to 140 n then at 120 lowered it to 30p and had a great run for few hundred spins whr it took me up to 210 n now at 200 im going to wait for my fav doa to work

    Yeah live chat button seems to be disabled so i had to get info from superlenny chat who were generous enough to sort everything out as my bonus didnt add automatically n they also informed me of all the problems n told me it should be sorted by monday

    Gotta say though i joined superlenny because of thrills but superlenny have overtaken thrills recently
