New here and issue with massive win on Leo Vegas

Hello, I'm new here and unfortunately couldn't access the list of casino reps on the rules document.
Just over a week ago, I was delighted to hit big on a megaways game and won over 9000x on a €5 stake.
My account is fully verified and I have made withdrawals before but none of this size.
Over a week has passed and they keep telling me they work in a queue based system and need to verify the win with the game provider but this is over a week ago.
This morning I log in and the pending withdrawal has apparently been timed out so I immediately withdrew again contacted support and they said they are still waiting for the external source to verify. Surely more than 8 days is excessive.
I just don't know what I can do next as they keep saying wait for our email... Can anyone help?

Just hold fire take a time out you will get your money this seems to be the normal course with big wins on most casinos..

So you weren't playing Bonanza.
It's normal to check big wins and can take about a week, but 9,000x is fairly commonplace nowadays with games like DoA2 and LIl' Devil, Money Train etc. so I'm not sure why it needs checking anyway?

I felt that they where trying to get me to. Play on by timing out the withdrawal bit I immediately sent it to bank again but who knows how long it will be pending just seems like 1 week Plus is crazy without an end in sight or indication as to when it will be processed

Asked this before, but if any rep would like to answer.
If you genuinely believe a game round might be faulty when it pays out big, then you are basically admitting the games are faulty, so how many times has it every happened that a win was not legitimate, and do you check losing spins too? Obviously if a spin that gives a big win might need to be voided, then the same applies to losing spins.

Leo are solid and will pay you as long as no rules were broken. You just need to be patient, hard though that is.

By far my biggest win but yeah I guess people win like that everyday and it was just my lucky day. But it is annoying that I have to wait so long.

That eases my mind as I have read on some forums people have had issues but seems more to do with account verification. I was in such shock and scared to press any buttons so just caught it at the end with a screen record but screenshot of that added

I know right! I actually really enjoy playing this game but it can be really hard and take a long time to bonus. Sometimes I can play for ages and never get a bonus so this was a nice surprise!

I thought so because every day I've checked and it says pending today I log into my account and its not pending but now its on my casino balance. I was fuming because
1) is this pushing back back down the so called queue which has already taken 8 days but they tell me it hasn't and
2) it does seem like a sneaky way to get you to keep playing as its no longer a pending transaction.
Of course its tempting but out of pure spite I won't let them try tempt me with that so I have 'withdrawn' it all again to pending

If I was you I would take a temp time out for a week or so.

It is pretty bad, a few times I have entered a comp within a casino and made a withdrawal expecting it to go through. Logged in next day and ooh have I won a priz, played it then noticed my pending was returned. Its so enraging.

Going on 10 days now anyone have a contact at Leo Vegas that can help. Apparently my withdrawal is still in some imaginary queue waiting to be approved by a game provider. If this was the case for all big wins they'd be out of business

I would just in case set 1 euro loss limit on account until you get paid that you don't accidentally drunk or frustrated play any of it back. Providers can be quite slow sometimes to get back to casino and during this long times many have got frustrated and blowed all winnings away.

It's huge amount so i would take "better safe than sorry" approach and set that limit that you can't play at all. After this get sorted just remove it again.

I don't doubt that, we just have seen stories here where people frustrated, drunk or what so ever started to play "just a little bit" and ended up to lose a lot, which is easy when you have huge balance. That was just my two cents and what i recommend for all who have big winning to be checked and pending long time.

Also if it's casinos stalling tactic and not pending verification anymore, they don't have reason to stall it anymore when they see that you are not able to play (not saying or guessing what's this particular case but in general).
