Hi all, I have a problem with a casino. My account was closed and I went to re- open it to play some games. I talked to them via live chat and they did re opened it let me gambled for 1 week , I lost some money and after closed my account saying self excluded permanently, I went to live chat to ask what happend, everyone keep lying and telling me different things. I took screenshot. And today I talked to them again on live chat. And they told me is an system error , i keep asking questions but they closed the live chat and i can't contact them.
