I was self excluded but my account got re opened

Hi all, I have a problem with a casino. My account was closed and I went to re- open it to play some games. I talked to them via live chat and they did re opened it let me gambled for 1 week , I lost some money and after closed my account saying self excluded permanently, I went to live chat to ask what happend, everyone keep lying and telling me different things. I took screenshot. And today I talked to them again on live chat. And they told me is an system error , i keep asking questions but they closed the live chat and i can't contact them. What should I do? Name of the casino 32red
 
Perhaps you need to share a few more details to get responses. It’s a bit unclear as to what exactly happened. For example, was the account initially closed by yourself or the casino? I understand that you may not want to share, but did you lose a large amount of money? Were you already self-excluded when you asked for the account to be reopened? Had you previously registered with Gamstop?
