A Canadian newcomer who’s about to start with PAB

Hi everyone, I’m Jackson from Vancouver.

Really glad I found this forum—it’s great to see so many helpful professionals dedicated to tackling gambling issues. Unfortunately, I only discovered this place after getting "robbed" by a casino. Since my case is currently active on Casino Guru, I know I can't start the PAB process here just yet.

Here’s my situation: I won $222k CAD playing Pragmatic Play Live Blackjack on Coinsgame (from a $4,600 deposit). On the sixth day, they just nuked my account without any notice. They’ve gone completely radio silent on my emails. Even on Casino Guru, they are blatantly stalling—using the "7-day extension" rule to wait until the very last second to respond. It’s taking them at least 14 days just to reply to a single inquiry.

I’m honestly at my wits' end. I’ve saved plenty of screenshots and chat logs as evidence, but I’d really appreciate any advice from this community on how to handle this better or speed things up. Any thoughts?

his casino has issued an accusation against me through Casino Guru, as shown in the screenshot. However, I am genuinely confused about what it means. Are they implying that I am betting too fast?

All my gameplay took place on their official website. I used the 'H-mode' on Pragmatic Play (PP) slots and the 'Turbo mode' on other slots. Besides that, I only play PP Live Blackjack. What exactly does this accusation mean?

That last paragraph seems a rather unnecessary bit of information to provide at their current point of any investigating, before they've even come to a conclusion on the matter.

Redirected to a different web page, while playing a game? How would any winnings then become visible on your account with them on their end, if you were redirected somewhere else to play games assumingly not provided on their servers?

I'ts a rather confusing, silly, babbling load of bollocks. At least, that's what I got from it. :(

I have read some complaints on CG before, when I have had issues with various operators.

Its the the people who are handling the complains don't actually understand how casinos work. Hence, ive always used the PAB service here, as, in my opinion, is far superior.

I know this doesnt help you now and its not really your fault as casinoguru has the casino rated as good but people need to really realize casinoguru is an affiliate. Their main goal is affiliate money. They rate all their casinos (mostly) high as most players just trust a rating and then deposit.

I just searched the complaints against this casino on there. 65 complaints and many of them closed (not resolved) for not paying the player. Massive red flag

This was 2 seconds of browsing. More people need to do this before depositing in these casinos.

The good thing for you is this was blackjack and casinoguru will help. If it was sportsbetting you would be out of luck as they dont help those types of cases.

Just be patient, dont blow the money back. It will likely take a couple of months so be prepared.

You can ask casinoguru to pressure them into responding in a more timely manner. They will usually do that if they see the casino is fully stalling.

Edit:

I just read your complaint on casinoguru. It doesnt look good. The casino is trying to make up things to not pay you I can tell from the responses from casinoguru.

It looks like they are going to try and claim "game errors" or something.

You should remind them of the lies of the casino and how they keep changing the reason for not paying you.

Not looking good though.

Yeah I just commented in your other thread about this.

It's basically them trying to find a way to not pay you.

They dont know about the H mode most likely thats why. You will have to explain it to them and show them how it works.

Id post that in your complaint right now as im 99% sure thats the cause of their claim. Get ahead of it now so you dont have to wait 2 weeks for responses.

Thanks for the reminder, I will reply on Guru immediately.

I previously saw someone streaming this platform on Kick and thought it was at least a major platform; I didn't expect to encounter this kind of situation.

I feel really helpless.

They are endlessly stalling and changing their allegations with only one goal: to avoid paying.

They don't reply to any of my emails, and their online customer service doesn't respond to any of my messages either—they just keep telling me to send an email. But even when I do, they don't reply.

As a player, I really don't know what else I can do.

What could possibly go wrong - Kack is the last refuge for online gambling promotion of dodgy casinos. It's the muck YT wiped off their shoes before cleaning up.

More importantly, you need to read the forum rules concerning cross-posting. You have made two threads about the same issue, so I am merging them! Thanks.

Thank you for the reminder, and I apologize for the trouble caused.

I truly did not expect the casino to accuse me of it being impossible to profit this much in such a short time or to place bets so frequently.

Only the day before they banned my account, Live Agent just confirmed I was an excellent player and assigned me a VIP manager, but the very next day they banned my account and stopped responding to any of my messages forever.

SUCKSSS!

Kack - haha. You sure come up with some good ones. But I think you’d mean Twitch being the place they used to live? Not saying everything is above board on Twitch either but at least they have some tighter controls.

With YT, you can still stream/post offshore play as long as you hide the name of the place. Hence the one with the numbers and the one with the letters.

Streamers are regular people. Sometimes casino employees or paid to advertise their casino. it does not make them safe.
