Never win on online slots

Hi everyone,

Okay so after asking 32 Red to close my account they offered me 32 free chips. Figured free playtime, not losing anything by taking the chips, so went ahead. I don't like bonuses as it's a hassle to go through all the finding of the coupon code and what not. I asked them to credit my account.

Soooo... I won! Won about $300.00 and ended up doing the same thing as Jackpot City getting bored (and for the rush) playing max bets on Monsters in the Closet (new favorite game, I really like the colors and the monster eyes that blink around the corners of the game). Ended up losing the whole amount but agree with everybody here now, I could have just as easily cashed it out so if they were really rigged they wouldn't have given me anything at all. I'm happy to play off my winnings because you never actually win playing the slots. So even if you have a win, you'll end up going back and losing it anyway. That's my opinion, is that bad? Playing time is more important to me and this session at 32 red went for over eight hours. You play slots for entertainment unless you win enough to buy a house lol!

Had some wins on Mardi Gras $100 which i like because of the 5 times multiplier (love games with high multipliers), got the free games on Twisted Circus (i don't see what all the hype is about), won $100 on Dark Knight (progressive), and $100.00 on Gold Factory (another favorite, kinda reminds me of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory)... Game that annoyed me was Sir Winsalot, i liked that game because it looks awesome and has stacked wilds but the free spins are impossible to get. I had so much fun chasing those stacked wilds.

I'm thinking that my return to player rate was so low that it had no where to go but up. I've heard about this happening with Microgaming software. I still won't believe it's random though, i had never gotten a free feature until the other day, so it must be microgaming software.

I liked winning because it gave me the chance to play on allot of games i would have never played due to the my funds running out to quickly. Good example is Twisted Circus i would have never played that if i wasnt playing off winnings.

I'm going to go back there and loose more money sometime soon lol :D

P.s. Just editing to add... I wanted to come on here and tell my experience of 32 Red. I don't believe in giving a company a bad name unless they really deserve it, i was wrong about 32 Red and openly admit that. I think microgaming software sucks though lol.

Yeah! Great time, so much fun. I kinda kicked myself after running through my winnings so quickly but wanted that rush of having a bit of extra fun playing on max bets. I probably should have spent it on the Dark Knight

We all do that crazy things. I blew a lot away trying to get a feature at the new slot Break Away yesterday. No feature, money gone and I will hate the game until it pays me back.:D
That's gambling and that is how we all are doing it.

Yeah it was awesome! :D I played allot on Frankencash which was another fun slot. I have quite a few friends who are big slot players here in Oz the problem with our slots at the casino is that most of them are old, we don't even have the Monopoly slot which I'd love to play or Wizard of Oz, i do like the games on 32 Red they are actually fun. Now that I know the features actually work I'm looking forward to playing more of the games. I'm liking the look of Snow Honeys, wanna try Octopays on a higher bet (i noticed the wilds weren't coming up that often on a 60c bet), more of Monsters in the Closet as well. I'm on the fence about Immortal Romance and Thor. I gave Break the Bank Again a shot but can see me running through my funds to quickly on that game, must have taken me about 400 spins before getting the feature and the free spins only got me $10.00 on a 60c bet. Oh and the Fat Lady Sings annoyed me, got to a point where i knew what the combination of the characters would net me. I kept playing it though as it was fun to watch the Fat Lady Sing lol!

See, it can be done ;).

I am just jealous I can't play at 32Red.

Give Jackpot City a shot, that's a good casino :)

I still don't like Intercasino, the customer service there isn't very good. they don't give you straight answers to questions like Jackpot City and 32 Red. I was interested in finding out my Return to Player rate at Intercasino and the rep pretended like she didnt know what i was talking about, then she palmed it off to a different department. That's something the other two casinos could tell me straight away.

I am the USA, can't play at any of the above mentioned casinos .

I would give em all a go if I could.

Good luck.

features come sooner than that at land based casinos, so may as well just head to the local then.

Really?

Min RTP dictated to by state law:
ACT – 87%
NSW – 85%
NT – 85% for clubs, 88% for casinos
QLD – 85/92% for clubs/pubs, 90% for casinos
SA – 85% for games installed before 1/10/01, 87.5% for games installed after 1/10/01
TAS – 85%
VIC – 87%
WA – 90% (casino only)

Given MGS slots average (not 100% accurate on my part) 95.6%, seems playing online is a far better choice.

I refuse to play the pokies anywhere other than online these days. Lost count of the times I've been bled dry by these electronic 1 arm bandits in no time flat, regardless of bet size. Although I don't win all the time online, least I get some decent game play. Pound for Pound it's a damn side better than I received at aussie pubs or casinos!

PS I recall a few pokies at pubs and casinos over the years which used to pay-out really well. Each and every one of these games (Red Devil/s comes to mind) vanished from the gaming floor within 3 months of being released.

Going way way back to the beginning of the thread and the comment about playing longer with better return at land based casinos, I wonder if this has to do with bet size? r.e. I fare alot better at land based casinos where my strategy is to play 5 lines at 5 cents per line so 25 cents a spin rather than minimum a dollar online. I never waiver from this regardless of if it's a 10 line or 20 line machine. I usually do well and I think it's because I get alot more spins for my bank roll. That and I'm very happy to call it a success with a 20 dollar win and quit. Or 10 dollars cash out and start with a fresh 20.

WHY? because my paranoid delusional theory is that when you cash out and deposit another 20 the machine thinks your a new player and pays out better (lol) and I also look for machines that have just paid out 60 dollars or more they seem to keep spitting out cash but most people won't touch them because a win is displayed. Probably just lucky but back to the original comment I believe more spins for a lesser amount is the way to go.

Mark....just a little advice for you.

There's no point obtaining your RTP figure on a per session basis....or even a daily or weekly basis. Besides spoiling the entertainment factor, it is misleading in regards to the TRTP setting of the slots.

Also, slots don't give you more or less features/wilds etc based on bet size.

Wow I cannot believe this but this was the exact same thing that happened to me! I played at 32red for a couple of months constantly depositing with no cashouts and was about to close my account in which 32red offered me 25 complimentary chips given my freaky bad run. Then what do you know up and down for a little while and then BOOOM! Four WILDS on Immortal Romance Desire Feature (posted in winner screenshots somewhere). Ended up losing some but still managed to cash out a little bit. The thing I love about 32red though is their excellent payment systems and great service. Currently taking a break though will be back to try out the new Battlestar Galactica slot when it comes in December.

Same here... I swear it's the Microgaming software.

I won $700 at Jackpot City and then started doing small bets 50c a spin, playing for the sake of it, it was a good time waster (8 hours) and i came out with $600. i'll just redeposit the money anyway but wanted to be able to say i've won something this time.

Jackpot City is giving me the run around, my mum and sister both played on my account using their credit card details, now to get my winnings i have to upload both their documentation and mine. They also wont transfer the funds back to my Mastercard, they had no problem letting me use the card to deposit though. Fingers crossed, i'd really like my money lol.

P.s. Nifty I know what you're saying but when the RTP remains so low for such a long time (59% is pretty low) that definitely cant be a good thing. Just like on an actual slot machine, it's just a number, it pays that out over the span of the machine not consistently but it was just one more thing that was irritating me.

It would actually surprise me if you get paid when having used three cards on one account.
Never ever let anyone use your computer, account or any other creditcard than your own. It's in all casinos T&C's so if you won't get the money, don't blame the casino.

To echo Trillej, I'd be amazed if they actually pay you - it's in every single casinos TnC's - one player per account, per household.

This is a massive no no across online casinos, Im surprised that you weren't aware.

I hope you do get paid, but honestly, don't get mad if you don't.

Hmmm good advice for the future. Oh well just have to wait and see. I wouldn't play there again though if they don't, would stick to 32 Red.

What kind of game is that, high or low volatility? I waited forever for the free spins to finally come up and then won $40.00 on a 30c bet? Which i consider pretty good for a 30c bet.

That was probably the highest win I have heard from that betsize.
It's a low variance game. A lot of winnings in the base game, and no potential for huge winnings. It can keep you going for a long time, but not count on it.
For some reason I like the game, but I always try to stop in time if it doesn't pay.

Out of interest, did they pay you?

Lol mighta, kinda... did reverse the withdrawal. So got no idea

On a side note had a decent session with 32 Red. I don't know what happened with my account going from no features ever to a session that actually left something in my pocket, but whatever it was, i liked it :D This casino is actually starting to grow on me a little.

Still no huge wins to fund next years play though ;)

And just think, it only took 13 pages to change your mind

No, it was more the game play at 32 Red. I used to be a huge player of Great Griffin (other games as well but not to such a big extent) which never gave me the free spins, maybe my opinion was based on my experience with that game as my game play was limited on other slots. Anyway since ditching it the bonus rounds seem to be more frequent, which has made play a whole lot more enjoyable. Plus they seem more focused on customer service. Some online casinos don't even have 24/7 support, which is pretty bad.
