Never win on online slots

Hi everyone,

I wanted to know where everyone plays?

Been playing at 32 Red and Intercasino over the years but have never won anything... That's three free features on Intercasino and none at all on 32 Red.

I've deposited $500.00 over both of these casinos (last two weeks). I've never won a feature on 32 Red. Intercasino has given me a few features but never anything that has awarded me more than $20.00 is that even normal? I'm asking because many forum members seem to rave about these two casinos. Given the RTP that these online casinos offer shouldn't they have paid me something by now? anything. I don't count loads of little wins. That's called the grind and is something a slot should do.

I'm of the opinion that land based slots are better and for two reasons. They pay more and allow you to spend more time playing (allot more time).

Spent $60 at Intercasino tonight got one feature for $10.00 and my friends were teasing me for playing online. Got no features on 32 Red after depositing $70.00 and betting low like $1.00 and 50cents a spin.

I like Jackpot City got a decent win on that, I'm not expecting a huge win however to this day have never received a win more than $20.00 on either of these casinos??

I was speaking to 32 Red tonight and they agreed my RTP has not (well just about never) been where it should be, just take a look at the following discussion...

You are now chatting with Stuart
Stuart: Hi, Welcome to the casino, how can I help?
Me: Could you please tell me why i have never received one feature at you're casino? along with the RTP you're casino advertises? then i would like a log of all my play over the years?
Stuart: Let me take a look for you
Stuart: May I take your login name or number please?
Me: f32re0007671914
Stuart: Are you OK for a moment? I'm going to have a quick look through a few aspects of your account
Me: yes
Stuart: In the meantime
Stuart: For your security could you please confirm the following? Your date of birth and email address, thank you
Me: ********
Stuart: Thanks, one moment please
Me: yes
Stuart: I can see that you didn't claim and receive your welcome bonus and there have been other bonuses you have mised out on
Stuart: *missed
Stuart: I can also see your RTP has not been where it should be
Stuart: One moment whilst I see what I can do in the way of a discretionary issue of bonus
Me: My RTP has never been where it should be
Stuart: Well hopefully with some more chips, you will get a turn of luck
Stuart: It will swing back eventually you know
Me: With the amount of money I've deposited over the years I'm very doubtful of that. I understand how the RTP rate works. This however is without a doubt no where near where the rate should be. I like to play but never win ANYTHING. I cant play when the RTP rate is no where near where it should be. I'd preffer to play online rather than my local casino.
Stuart: Are you aware of playthrough requirements with online casinos?
Me: Yes I am, I prefer to play without bonuses though because it can be a real bother constantly checking the wagering requirements, that's why I never use bonuses.
Stuart: Ok, as long as you are aware
Stuart: Please read the T&Cs prior to play
Stuart: I have now added your bonus, please remember to check the terms & conditions and best of luck in the casino!!!
Me: What are the wagering requirements for the $64.00?
Stuart: 30 x playthrough so £1,920 with a max individual bet of £6.25

He then added my bonuses to my account. I didn't win anything on that either, so no real surprise there. Seriously people actually play at these casinos when there is such an obvious problem with the RTP rate? I'd like to know is that even normal?

Why is it a problem with rtp? Saying the rtp is say, 96% doesn't mean you're going to hit it each session. You'd want a 112% no? Well, your 112 basically means someone somewhere is getting 80. The reverse holds true. You're going to get poor sessions too.

I'm aware of that :) however you didn't answer my other question where do you play?

I understand how the RTP works, I've seen it many times in real casinos, you win some, you loose some (understandable). I loose every session at 32 Red... The RTP has not been where it should be. The precise reason I posted that discussion because those were the words of the consultant.

I'm completely open to that theory but think it's a bit far fetched given the amount of features people get at real casinos. I never have a problem getting a feature at a land based casino. Why is that so different online?

I don't think that betting $1 a spin on a $70 deposit is lowrolling but that's just me. I would start out betting .20 or .40 and build up my balance first.

Hope that your luck changes though:)

Why don't you try Playtech software such as Bet365, Boylecasino

Sometimes all it takes is to change casino for to break the bad run,

There are plenty of good casinos to choose from...Link Outdated / Removed

BTW what games do you normally play at 32red?

I consider it low rolling :) I'm a big player at the casino (I don't enjoy having to go there to play though). I've noticed $70.00 is normally more than enough to receive a feature betting at $1.00, in fact generally the feature seems to come within the first $50.00... I have also been betting 50c at 32 Red.

Captain America that's nice you withdraw from there. I'm simply stating what the consultant said.

What this boils down to... Not one feature ever after depositing over $1000.00? There's no way that can be explained other than what the consultant said. My RTP rate has "not been where it should be".

What games and bet sizes are you playing, also; what is your usual start balance?

Great idea :) I'd love to play there however most of the games aren't available to Australian residents. How I'd love to play Wheres the Gold online. I kill that machine at the casino (I'm much more ahead than down). I wouldn't be surprised that the game might play differently online and not because it's rigged but because it's gambling, my biggest gripe is to have never received one feature after depositing more than $1000.00 over the years. Slots arent slots without the feature.

There will always be wins and losses when gambling, but never winning, not even a feature. Now that's a bit more than just bad luck.

I like to shake it up a little and have a thing for games with stacked wilds. Generally you get more in the base game with these slots.

I've been playing Robin Hood, Samurai Pig, Tigers Eye, and Eagle Wings.

I've also played Great Griffin (I'd really like this game but never receive the bonus or the free spins). Ummm Jewels of the orient. Honestly, I've tried nearly all the games at some stage but never get the feature.

I generally deposit $80.00 playing mostly 50c bets (or $1.00) but never go higher, I'm a low better. Have to be too play for ages with the possibility of a big win. However money just seems to run through extremely fast at 32 Red even on low bets. I can definitely tell a huge difference between 32 Red and the land based casino, money just seems to last allot longer playing at a real casino. Plus the wins are allot more frequent.

P.s. I won $300 on Mega Moolah at Jackpot City! :D I really liked that, the casino took it back faster than it came, that's okay though at least I won it, I just chose to give it all back.

It is called Gambling, but I find it hard to believe that you never hit a feature on 32red, sure my luck hasn't been great at this casino but I have hit features here, including one RF albeit on a 50p bet, even though I am down overall.

I agree with what you have said about $70 and betting $1 a spin, at my local casino I sometimes go in with £20, sometimes even less LOL and I bet £1 a spin with success and walking away with £200+

I even know someone who went into my local with £2 and walked out with £1000.

No seriously, I have never gotten a free feature. I know it's called gambling, you can't expect to win every time, but at least one time would be nice, especially after depositing all that money. That's why I questioned the consultant over never having won a free feature. That's what makes 32 Red feel like it's rigged to me, other players seem to win there though, I just never ever do. I've actually thought maybe they rig the machines for the Australian players or rip some players off and not others, I have run through all theories. I have stayed there in the hopes of getting the free feature on a few games (especially Great Griffin) and that it would pay off. What the consultant said rings true "the RTP rate has not been where it should be".

Yeah, I'm the same $70.00 always feels like more than enough betting $1.00 a spin at land based casinos. I don't win every time but get loads of features, sometimes I don't get any which is a fair call since it's gambling. Slots aren't designed to win people money, they have the highest house edge, they should however be the most fun form of gambling though, but it kinda takes all the fun out of it when you never get a feature.

Yeah Jackpot City was good to me :) I just like to mix it up a little and along with different slots like to try different casinos although have mainly stuck to 32 Red and Intercasino. 32 Red because I know it's rated highly on here and Intercasino because they have some really fun slots, even if the feature does hardly ever come.

Thankyou :)

Another 32Red complaint, like if they could ever change the payouts on their games by themselves;)
I don't know if anyone posted this link yet but here you have another one. There are some posts there that you might should read.

Ummm yeah didn't fully understand what you were saying as you got you're words jumbled up? Were you trying to say...

"like they could ever change the payouts on their games by themselves;)"?

I'm not sure anyone knows the answer to that and unless they have worked inside the industry it's all speculation.

Otherwise thanks for the link :)

Actually they can't change the rtp, it's set by micro gaming, so basically playing at one micro gaming is the same as playing at any other. Saying 32 red is fixed is saying they all are

That's something I didn't know. There you go :)

I do have to admit maybe the members on the other thread are right, maybe it's just Microgaming, but I've gotten features on Jackpot City. Fun features :D

Netent sounds interesting, would you happen to know of any online casinos that use that software?

Redbet and nordicbet are rather popular

Thankyou, I was actually just looking at Bettson, I'm looking forward to playing different slots, and getting at least some features (god after that awfully bad run at 32 Red even one feature would be awesome). I just have to relearn the slots now, I already know all the stacked wild slots at 32 Red.

Bettson don't have slots, I'll give Nordicbet a shot when I'm not so fuming over dropping money at 32 Red without a feature... Ever! I was just really hoping for one this time. It's like when people play the slots to win, doing something over and over expecting a different outcome must mean you're crazy. You don't win at the slots just like I don't get the feature at 32 Red ;) I was certainly crazy.

I would recommend Redbet / Whitebet / Nordicbet or Maxino.

Betsson has a few brands - Casino Euro, Betsafe.....
