No U.K. for this lot??

Was just reading the Pay Pal agreement "we reserve the rights to share your date with organisations we are partnered with or considering doing business with or to improve your market experience or to enable analytics.@Team.Videoslots
Our privacy policy is not subject to consent by the customer
You sure about that? The WHOLE principle of the GDPR is consent.
According to the GDPR, we have the right to process personal data for the same purposes as we initially collected the data.
MrVegas collected the data? They didn't collect the data, Videoslots Ltd gave it to them, seemingly without consent.
I think what @Nordog also wants to know is, why have you shared his personal data with a third party company without his consent?

You sure about that?

Looks like gmail to me?
If they didn't transfer his data, how could he play there without opening an account?
Does that mean in the long term, players @MrVegas could be penalised for having multiple accounts?Hi everyone,
Thanks for reaching out.
To answer one of your questions, Videoslots and Mr Vegas are not the same company but two separate entities in the same group of companies. We can, therefore, not answer any of the questions directed to Mr Vegas; please get in touch with [email protected] instead.
For any questions directed to Videoslots, please get in touch with us at [email protected], and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
I wish you all a great weekend.
Best regards,
Team Videoslots
@Team.Videoslots So apparently you think Videoslots can share data with MrVegas without consent for RG and AML purposes.
No you can't.
You can only do that if someone has agreed to it, I haven't. Thats why you changed your privacy policy to allow you to do it.
Not that that has anything to do with my query of course.
On top of that, I don't have an account at Mr Vegas and my Videoslots one has been closed for around 16 months (despite the email this afternoon telling me you had now closed it), so there should be no reason to share RG or AML data with them, even if you did have consent.
Your 'support' has also failed to answer any of my questions.
Yes, but user's still have to agree to it in regard to Facebook.Videoslots and Mr Vegas operate under the same MGA group license so they have obligations for which they have to share personal data across brands.
Also you can use your Facebook login and more for quick registration on several places. Don’t see any issues for Videoslots using their login for quick registration at Mr Vegas.
Yes, but user's still have to agree to it in regard to Facebook.

Have you tried the quick registration on Mr Vegas?

The 2018 Videoslots terms don't appear to restrict who they will share your data with (MGA terms) --

It's a bit wooly, but it doesn't give a limit on who they will share with, only giving examples of who the policy may include, and advising that who they provide it to will still have to obey the Videoslots terms. Which given Mr Vegas are to all intents and purposes the same company, they presumably would.
I'm not a lawyer though, so pinch of salt.

No..and not going to, theres no need..one acc. @Videoslots is enuff, Caddell group teaches me well to stay clear.![]()
Do you understand the GDPR? It is all about consent. Your obligations under the license are one thing, but you cannot share information without having prior consent from the customer. Thats why you have the section above quoted by Dan, so customers agree for you to share data with third parties.
Mr Vegas are a completely different company to Videoslots. Therefore to share data with them, you need the customer's consent, which you are fully aware of, otherwise why change the privacy policy to include Mr Vegas? If you were already entitled to, then no point changing it.
The Facebook login analogy isn't the same, as you do need to give consent for them to share data.
So far I have been told that you will share my data with them for RG and AML purposes, even though I have specifically told you not to.
A live chat agent at Mr Vegas accessed my Videoslots account information, again, after I specifically told you not to share my data with them. He neither told me he was going to do that, nor did he seek consent. That is a clear breach of the GDPR. You must agree, as it was for neither RG or AML purposes, which is what you are attempting to argue is allowed.
Data is transferred on first login and during the process you give your consent.
I know how it worksWell, I recommend you try it so you know how it works.
, but can you understand that i do not want to try it and have a acc. @MrVegas?Are you for real?Furthermore the key for every user's participation is"CONSENT!"Why do your support say this ' Our privacy policy is not subject to consent by the customer '
Or this ' Videoslots and Mr Vegas operate under the same gaming license and share certain information about our customers across our brands in order to comply with legal obligations under RG and AML. Thus, consent does not apply to such processing of personal data.'
How could Mr Vegas support access my Videoslots account information when I had not logged in?
How are MrVegas emailing Videoslots' customers if you haven't shared any data until login?
I know how it works, but can you understand that i do not want to try it and have a acc. @MrVegas?Are you for real?Furthermore the key for every user's participation is"CONSENT!"
I have no problems with their requirements. I have a problem you sharing my data without consent. It’s a shared licence. So data will be shared. Take it up with the authorities if you have any issues with their requirements.

Very selective on what questions you answer aren't you?
How did Mr Vegas email Videoslots customers without Videoslots providing the data?
How did Mr Vegas chat access my Videoslots data?
Neither of those have anything to do with license regulation.
Also, one I asked a few weeks ago, will affiliate tags be carried over from Videoslots for those customers who login using Videoslots login data?
When was your data shared?

What’s the point here playing on a vs clone when just the color is green?
do mrvegas have the same low crap rtp settings vs have?

Thats so weird. For Sweden atleast its sadly the same low rtp on all the games i checked.![]()
Thats so weird.
One would think when not having to pay all the regulation related costs, the rtp would be kept high.
Its almost like the lowering of rtp hade nothing to do with regulation-costs in the first place.

I was banned after years on videoslots just because they stopped accepting Dutch players. Now the first thing I see when I click on register on MrVegas is all the information like the Dutch country code already filled... Is this what has become of videoslots company? I didn't realize that at the beginning of this year they stopped accepting Dutch players. I asked for a refund of my deposit and they were rude and declined except the videoslots team on casinomeister who promised me that I would get a refund and I finally did. However when I got the refund I was told it was a mistake but as they promised it they would still pay out - respect! Besides that it's really sad what has become of great casino's.
Did I actually read this right? You deposited in error as they don't accept Dutch players, and then they said you couldn't have your money back? If that is the case, WOW, just WOW

well regarding this...Well I just signed up at mr Vegas, the only thing different is its green lmfao, no etransfer, only option as a Canadian is instant banking. And they want 1.50$. Fee a no . If videoslots is affiliated, like wow better improve the site. Not for me.
