MR Vegas

Why do your support say this ' Our privacy policy is not subject to consent by the customer '
Or this ' Videoslots and Mr Vegas operate under the same gaming license and share certain information about our customers across our brands in order to comply with legal obligations under RG and AML. Thus, consent does not apply to such processing of personal data.'
How could Mr Vegas support access my Videoslots account information when I had not logged in?
How are MrVegas emailing Videoslots' customers if you haven't shared any data until login?

It’s a shared licence. So data will be shared. Take it up with the authorities if you have any issues with their requirements.

I have no problems with their requirements. I have a problem you sharing my data without consent.
Very selective on what questions you answer aren't you?

How did Mr Vegas email Videoslots customers without Videoslots providing the data?
How did Mr Vegas chat access my Videoslots data?

Neither of those have anything to do with license regulation.

Also, one I asked a few weeks ago, will affiliate tags be carried over from Videoslots for those customers who login using Videoslots login data?

For Sweden atleast its sadly the same low rtp on all the games i checked. :(
Thats so weird.
One would think when not having to pay all the regulation related costs, the rtp would be kept high.
Its almost like the lowering of rtp hade nothing to do with regulation-costs in the first place.

No bonus's there as well in Sweden? So, really, you should be getting the 99% versions in a shop near you soon.

Actually, i got 150 wagerfree spins on gonzo on my first deposit.
Credit where credit is due, and i have zero complaints about that rather awesome welcome bonus.

i got this offer

Exclusive : 250 Free Spins + EUR400 bonus
  • A 100% bonus up to EUR400 with a wagering requirement of 35x
  • A whopping 250 free spins in Book of Dead - no wagering required!

Yeah, i also had the 100% up to €400, but i forfeited the bonus right away because i could not play the spins before finishing the bonus.
Also its one of those that releases 10% of the bonus as real money when you finish 10% of the wagering, so it never feels like playing with a bonus.

So i canceled the bonus and went straight for the gonzo spins instead. =)

My exact same thoughts, like when the Government or Local Council raise prices for their own gain?

I fail to see what MR vegas could offer that VS don't? Other than another Lucrative Revenue Stream.

You learn alot these days, especially from those covering tracks.

I was banned after years on videoslots just because they stopped accepting Dutch players. Now the first thing I see when I click on register on MrVegas is all the information like the Dutch country code already filled... Is this what has become of videoslots company? I didn't realize that at the beginning of this year they stopped accepting Dutch players. I asked for a refund of my deposit and they were rude and declined except the videoslots team on casinomeister who promised me that I would get a refund and I finally did. However when I got the refund I was told it was a mistake but as they promised it they would still pay out - respect! Besides that it's really sad what has become of great casino's.

Did I actually read this right? You deposited in error as they don't accept Dutch players, and then they said you couldn't have your money back? If that is the case, WOW, just WOW

The videoslots team (here on casinomeister) made sure I got my last deposits back. The problem is that the people from videoslots themselves concistantly denied that I would get my deposits back starting from the beginning of this year since this was the moment the stopped accepting Dutch players according to themselves. Business was as usual tho, i played a long time with them and never had problems so I didn't bother with anything because there was nothing for me to see. I log in, deposit and play. However when i found out that they no longer accepted Dutch players I asked for my deposits made from the beginning of this year back.

The declined, however the videoslots representative on casinomeister said that i would get my deposits back and this went back and forward for a few days. Live help and contact via email with videoslots = no you won't get back your deposits.
Casinomeister videoslots representative = Yes you will get your deposit back.

This continued for a bit and eventually the casinomeister videoslots team contacted me saying that they made a mistake and I was not in my right to get my deposits back, however since they initially said in the beginning that i would get my deposit back they decided to keep their promises and refunded my last deposits with them which was great.

However now I see this MrVegas casino, i haven't registered and I won't since it's on the same license as videoslots that don't accept Dutch players. But when i click on the register button it fills out my country code +31 automatically (implying that they do accept Dutch players). This is not good! If you are not experienced enough you can easily make a mistake and sign up thinking they accept Dutch players.

Well I be damn. If that is the case I will sign up here as it is basically videoslots. I wonder how this can be because running on two different licenses from MGA is expensive and you pay double the taxes. I take it that it is the same company basically.. yeah different owners on paper maybe?

Well I just signed up at mr Vegas, the only thing different is its green lmfao, no etransfer, only option as a Canadian is instant banking. And they want 1.50$. Fee a no . If videoslots is affiliated, like wow better improve the site. Not for me.

well regarding this...
I decided to have fun on low rtp slots for a night
They offered muchbetter deposits and witdrawals
After asking support if they use CAD with muchbetter (no fees) I decided to verify then deposit.
After about an hour, cant withdraw to muchbetter, the option dissapeared. I checked the deposit option, also disspeared. Even on a laptop, a mobile or any different webbrowser, nope. Well ok...

After asking support, no clue. Magic?

I received an email saying I was verified. Then later, 3 blank emails saying bank statement was rejected with a text white on.... fkn white. Who the f does that? Hmmmm the text color : white and the background : white

Asked for the reason of this to support...: no clue again ?!?!?

First, never going back there. Then... are you guys insane or just rookies? Where is muchbetter? White on white? Wtf with bank statement rejected 3 times it wasnt needed or sent?

So after reading your comments here for me there is no reason to give mrvegas a chance. It’s the same than VS. And Videoslots became so bad during the last 12months+ that I never will return again. „Nice Try“ from videoslots to actually get their customers back. But that doesn’t work by just painting their website green.

They’ve said that this is a beta launch, it’s not everything they want it to be yet, and at the moment the site look and layout is temporary

Weird there’s so much criticism of them Just reskinning VS at this point; it’s not as if they’re the only operator that does that. It’s a useful way of appealing to new audiences with often very little outlay.
