Hello.

Got a mail today from videoslots about a new casino they just had open : Mr Vegas.
Its actually a clone of their videoslots siste, Even down to using same login and password.

Im abit curious on whats the point of opening up a clone.

Is it to allow people with deposit limits etc on videoslots to deposit on that page?

Also, is it Even allowed to copy accounts from one casino, and create account on new clone without me accepting it?
Im sure verifications etc was also transfered, is there really no issue without allowing them?

Hi all here is my story on Mr VEGAS....

Mr vegas sends me an email yesterday morning telling me my acc is now opened again and to log in.
I log in and deposit £400 (3 deposits) and win £2000.

I then upload docs and then I am told that my address is incorrect.
Then when I go to fix a typo in my second line of address (broadfofd) should be (broadford).
I am then told that my acc details are to similar to another user and my acc is now deactivated.
I am then told I have duplicate accs and my acc is now locked.
I did not register an account on Mr Vegas yesterday.
I take it its my old videoslots acc that I had self excluded on that was opened by Mr Veags.?

Is there a rep on here for Mr Vegas.

Regards
Steve

@Team.Videoslots I asked you this exact question, and you said closed and excluded accounts would not have data shared with Mr Vegas Ltd.
How come this user says you did the opposite of what you said?

@totti11 what happened with your winnings? You get paid?

There was an update of the VS T&C recently that included the Mr Vegas text, which you probably did not read and simply accepted. :D

I would think to just get a bigger share of the market. Other operators have dozens of skins.

ok, so do you have more than one account on Mr Vegas (ignore Videoslots - they are a different company, and that email clearly implies the duplicate accounts are on Mr Vegas)?

Where did the OP say that his data was shared?

Do you always simply believe every story that is posted? :D

I did not register an account on Mr Vegas yesterday.

If he was self excluded, he did not accept the new T&C's allowing Videoslots Ltd to share data with Mr Vegas Ltd, therefore it is, on the face of it, a clear breach of the GDPR.
Oh and I know of at least 5 other members who either
haven't logged in since before the changes
are SE'd
have closed accounts
who have had their details transferred.
So do I believe every story, no.
Do I think they have just batch transferred everyone's data with or without consent, yes.

Do you just automatically believe Videoslots can do no wrong?

That's what the OP thinks. It is not confirmed.

They might share data for SE purposes as MR Vegas operates under a sublicence of the VS MGA licence. What people have to agree under the GDPR is to share data for marketing purposes.

Mr Vegas does not have a UK licence and the player registered from Ireland. Why is he playing in GBP?

New email address and a slightly different spelling of his town.....hmmm?

PS. And I do believe VS gets quite a few things wrong but I rather give them the benefit of the doubt instead of believing without questioning a newish member who SE'ed at VS.

My email is the same on video slots as Mr Vegas. Exact login details. Password is also the same.
My name is steve if you want to ask me any questions Harry.
I will say again I did not register an account on Mr Vegas yesterday. I did not open a acc with Mr Vegas.
Mr Vegas sent me an email telling me my acc was open and to log in.
What I see is a lot of people also got this email.

For new people who do come to this site with real complaints, thankfully they have people like Colin who are prepared to remain balanced and actually give some credence to what people are saying.

You disbelieve every complaint. It's quite disheartening for people who come here with real complaints and believe this site can help them in the seemingly lawless land of casinos. It's tiresome and predictable to watch the same people gang up on new posters with genuine complaints just because they're not one of the boys.
