If you used a new card, they might ask for a copy? (i always use PP there so not sure) but yeah: only every had one delayed (some tech reason that was sorted out by Noon)

2 days is about 2 days too long for them so i'd defo ping them a message

Yes, their live chat facility is a bit odd, you leave a message and then they come back to you with a reply later on, its not really live.

Anyway, thought you had quit?

Hope I didn't 'necro' a thread but played here for the 1st time and I'm really impressed. I didn't win but I was up a fair bit.
Really impressed with payout times. I opted to pay by bank transfer and was paid within a minute without verification. I'm guessing paying by bank transfer is enough verification.
