New and need advice about MrQ Casino, please :)

Hi all!

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post or not, if not is the answer could someone please point me in the right direction ?

I recently joined a new site and had a fair few 4figure wins, I got a bit gambling happy and deposited most back in! Luckily, I manged to win again on my last deposit! Site licence UKGC. Really good site ubtil this, I even closed some of my others as the wins were decent and I'd rather just stick with one or 2.

Now they're withholding my withdrawals and have asked for every document going, even selfies holding All sorts that I haven't even got enough hands for. Theyre questioning everything on my bank statement etc. Ive sent everything and been told the usual 3 days again until I can expect a response

Will I ever receive it? I'm not AML, nor anything like it, just got a bit deposit happy due to the previous win!!

TBH, really, noone here can much help if we don't know the site.
Name the site and those with experience there can share, and if it's accredited, someone can lead you to tthe rep.

They are following the money, so they just questions what comes in, if those are significant amounts more questions will be asked. Especially if those amounts were used to gamble on their site.

This can be lenghty processes but if you can explain everything they see on your statement and possibly provide additional proof for your explanation, it will be fine and you will be verified.

I must add, the support team have been really helpful keeping me updated in the process... and the site is great, Id had betfair, the pools bet365 plus more and no longer use these because I prefer mrQ so closed most others!
I just read a lot of the reviews and it seems when this happens nobody gets the withdrawals ?

It's when they don't communicate and keep you updated where you should be worried.

I'm sure this'll be fine though. MrQ is a decent site, and they just have checks to make for that sort of amount.

I reckon your deposit volume triggered a threshold on their end where they just have to follow their own procedures. Because they will be assessed by the UKGC based on those procedures. Not executing accordingly results in heavy fines, warnings, loss of license etc.

But they are a decent outfit, so you should not worry about the withdrawal at all. The process can be lenghty based on what they see, but as long as your willing to cooperate you will be fine! Just be patient.

Ah that's true I've had an other site completely ignore me and never seen small withdrawal in the past ?
But obviously didn't want to let this one go!

Yeah I'm expecting a bit of a longer wait tbh my statement was a few pages of deposits to MrQ so ?
I am fully cooperative, I have nothing to hide apart from the fact I think I'm big time with deposits and stakes when I have had a win ??

What method did you use to withdraw?
Up until these checks I had withdrawn various amount ranging from 1000 to 5000 all instant to visa debit. Just from being electronically checked that was fine at that point.

paypal I ask for chashout on Friday got paid yesterday, on there page they got 6hrs cashout on paypal but on email they claim 2 working days

I have had an account Mrq for three years and now they are verifying me again and I played every day at this casino and you stole my 80 pounds and blocked my account. Fuck of Mrq!!!
