Morning folks,

I tried Mr Q Casino yesterday after reading good things here on the forum and checking out their Trustpilot reviews.
Whoever is in charge of responding is doing a great job!

They seem like a good outfit - I see they won a rising star operator award in 2019.

After some luck with their Microgaming Video Poker offering I am sitting on a sizable balance.
Another Royal Flush in the books for 2021!

I have just sent my documents for verification and wondered if anyone could advise how long this will take?
Also, once approved, any real world insight as to how long I'll wait for my withdrawal?

Thanks

Adam.

They're not bad at all - verification and payout took no more than a day for me, and then subsequent payouts always same day.

They're ok, tend to process within 20-30mins, sometimes faster.

Can't even remember verifying with them so it must have been quick

They did try and hold a w/d of mine after a document request but after a few emails they released it

Bug-Bearer is their marketing emails: 'you have cash in your account!'(2p): appreciate the mails are to get you to open/remember them but they could do that with new game messages, not shitty ones like that that just appear cheap.

94's on PNG games i think and their game windows are a bit annoying and if you play Bonanza the balance, (like L and L used to not sure if they still do as closed a/cs across the group), updates before the spin finishes.

But yeah, not bad but not amazing either.

That's good to hear, thank you!

I wonder if they will go through the motions of verifying the win.
That can sometimes add several days to the withdrawal.

Thank you.

It seems that they are well thought of in many places.
From what I've seen so far, I'm surprised they are not accredited here.

They would first need to show interest ;)

Their game selection could do with being beefed up as quite limited but yeah, i'd play there before i'd lay a quid on the likes of Rizk.

I wondered if they would go that route as someone from Lindar Media joined the forum. Last seen in February, and I haven't had a reply to a PM I sent so maybe they decided against it?

They're also advertising quite heavily on TV/radio, so I think you can trust that they're not a fly-by-night outfit.

I get a LOT of spam asking me to sign up with them, but that's not from them directly, rather dodgy affiliates. And those affiliates are out of luck, as I have an account already.

This further puts my mind at ease. The Royal Flush was tasty and I have a 5 figure balance that I would like paying quickly!

What payment method do you use? - don't know if they have VISA Direct etc (i use PP there)

Didn't have a balance that big, but they paid out (my max w/d there) 1300 in 20 odd minutes so i can't envisage any problems.

Mastercard debit, so no VISA Direct for me.
Yet to hear back from verification, but as it's a Monday morning I expect they have a backlog from the weekend.

Hey everybody :)

Since we still don't have this casino listed on Casinomeister, shall I take this thread as a green light for that?

They seem like a great outfit. Their response times on 'chat' (which is really just a messaging system) are my only criticism to this point.

They are still growing and I think they could end up being one of the very best.

Update:
Mr Q has taken a bit of a hammering from me in the past few days. Their 'money mill' has been spewing out cash in my direction since being fully verified on Monday.

Unfortunately, it's only the smaller withdrawals that have arrived so far.
£3000, £4000 and £1000 all arrived within 24 hours of being processed.
£10,900 and £10,000 withdrawals are no where to be seen.

All of the above to a Mastercard debit card.

No panic yet, as I have had email confirmation that they have been processed and are likely to have been flagged by the payment processor for further review.

The support team have been great, even offering to provide ARN references if they fail to appear in the near future.
I'm getting a little impatient but have no doubt that this will have a happy ending.

Better than a lot of casinos who will just tell you to 'keep checking' and provide nothing from their end to help.

Do you take casino's for 20k plus on a regular basis?;)

Update:
All outstanding withdrawals have now reached my account. Mr Q did everything as promised and the withdrawals arrived within their expected timescale.

A big thumbs up to them. I almost feel guilty hitting a new and growing operator for so much so quickly, but I'm sure it's a tiny drop in the ocean.

I'm sure they have some sort of insurance/hedging in place, so continue to feel so guilty you'll need daily visits to to Priest to absolve yourself :p

Haha! I'm not sure they are hedging against 20k hits - but I doubt they will starve.

Once they ramp up their customer support (hours, response times, etc) they should go for accreditation here.
