    Our relationship with LaRomere Online Casino (laromere.com) has never been great but we have managed to settle a few issues over the years. That seems to have come to an end:
    They simply ignored me when I explained our process (private, confidential, etc) and asked for confirmation that this was official casino policy for any and all player issues we might present.

    The bottom line is that you're on your own if you have problems with these guys, at least for the time being. You could try the Curaçao E-Gaming Licensing Authority via their site, the none-too-helpful You must register/login in order to see the link.
