We've seen a couple of complaints regarding Voozaza in the last little while and both concerned players not being paid. The main issue came to us through the Player Arbitration (PAB) process and concerned a player who had €1400 in winnings but no way to get it. As soon as the player tried to withdraw it was cancelled and returned to their account. This went on for two weeks during which the casino ignored all attempts by the player to raise the issue. The player finally came to us, we approached the casino and true to form the casino ignored us too.

Part of the PAB process is looking into the casino's licensing and here too we found issues of serious concern: the casino claims to hold a Curaçao 8048/JAZ license but displays none of the license verification procedures required of legitimate Curaçao licensees. Furthermore the 8084/JAZ (aka Antillephone) license verification portal says "License Invalid" in regards to Voozaza.com.

WARNING: Voozaza.com is not paying their players and ignores player complaints and issues. Their license claims appear to be a work of fiction. Players are advised to avoid Voozaza and look for casino services elsewhere.
