Be Aware Kwiff players reporting problems, casino won't discuss player issues

This a general alert that we've had a rash of players reporting problems at Kwiff -- both on the forums and via the PAB process -- and the casino has no interest in discussing these. They've ignored PABs and done little or nothing about the issues reported on the forums.

The problems being reported are numerous but at least half concern players with high balances being paid a fraction of their winnings and then finding their account blocked with Support being either unhelpful or unresponsive. We have no idea what the problem at Kwiff is because they ain't talking.

The bottom line is that players with issues at Kwiff are likely to go unheard. We'll continue to submit cases to Kwiff on behalf of our members but they almost never reply so the best we can hope is that they'll contact players directly to resolve the issue.

Kwiff has recently been demoted from the Accredited list exactly because of these unresolved issues.

Update 20240514: Kwiff has recently informed us that because they do not have a satisfactory business relationship with Casinomeister they will not discuss player issues with us regardless of the circumstances: player complaints from us to them will receive no response. The only option players have is to follow the complaints procedures specified in the Terms which ultimately means if you don't like what they're telling you then you can take it to their ADR, full stop. Given this we can no longer accept player complaints regarding Kwiff.

Kwiff had what I thought was a disastrous BBF here and got accredited anyway which I thought was kinda odd. Not surprised in the slightest that they have gone rogue ☹️
If you remember, we had a discussion about this in the Meister Minion section. We were trying to give this casino suggestions on how to improve itself - and those suggestions were spot on. So in other words we gave this casino a chance - and we don't often have UK facing casinos in the BBF - so I was willing to give these guys a shot. Unfortunately, it just did not work out. Either people dropped the ball, or they just don't care. I don't know, but this is very disappointing.
 
It was one I had my doubts about, but was curious to see if they'd step up or revert to their true colours. In hindsight, they thought they could get some easy PR - well they got PR, but it wasn't what they wanted :laugh:

Good luck to those still waiting for funds - remember from previous threads they will try and strongarm situations, even if they don't have any basis for doing so. Hopefully everyone will get paid out quickly.

Good to know, however they paid out a £4000 win within 24 hours last week with no problems, but i will no longer be playing with them as a result of this.

Funny you've mentioned this as I've been a customer for a while and received no problems at all. Always had either instant withdrawals in bank either instant or in 24 hrs.But recently games have been reloading themselves lots of freezes etc and cut a long story short had 2 spins on roulette after trouble getting game started had enough left and somehow my balance was now 4p. Checked history and they had 11 spins registered even though on the game its self was only showing 2 in previous numbers contacted CS queried, provided screenshots etc,was told team would contact within 48hrs waited till last night, nothing.contacted CS was told it was a me problem not a them problem and only advice they could give is that in responsible for the security of connection whatever that means ?? as I was on a secured WiFi connection at home. So yeah that's the customer service you receive off them it's a pity really as previously I thought it was pretty decent.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my withdrawal sent verification etc no response what’s so ever so my messages or customers service it’s a £100 pounds I’ll never see
