This a general alert that we've had a rash of players reporting problems at Kwiff -- both on the forums and via the PAB process -- and the casino has no interest in discussing these. They've ignored PABs and done little or nothing about the issues reported on the forums.
The problems being reported are numerous but at least half concern players with high balances being paid a fraction of their winnings and then finding their account blocked with Support being either unhelpful or unresponsive. We have no idea what the problem at Kwiff is because they ain't talking.
The bottom line is that players with issues at Kwiff are likely to go unheard. We'll continue to submit cases to Kwiff on behalf of our members but they almost never reply so the best we can hope is that they'll contact players directly to resolve the issue.
Kwiff has recently been demoted from the Accredited list exactly because of these unresolved issues.
Update 20240514: Kwiff has recently informed us that because they do not have a satisfactory business relationship with Casinomeister they will not discuss player issues with us regardless of the circumstances: player complaints from us to them will receive no response. The only option players have is to follow the complaints procedures specified in the Terms which ultimately means if you don't like what they're telling you then you can take it to their ADR, full stop. Given this we can no longer accept player complaints regarding Kwiff.
