There is no best casino they all have their faults, Videoslots - I think recent events have affected them, Trada too limited choice of slots and stability of the site & general bugs in the site, most of the other sites have issues with wager issues from bonuses, reverse withdrawls etc so I have to be honest and say this year no casino should win best casino it should be a case of improve for next year and this year should be void due to no casino reaching the required standard.

Just the feeling i got over the entire duration of 2018. From what used to be almost weekly emails, to suddenly no emails at all which seemed to go on for the entire year, leaving me going stretches of time forgetting they still exist. dont recall seeing much of anything having changed on site if i did log in since last christmas, just the same advert(s) on the front page Thats what i meant by 'nobody in the office'. just felt dissapointed. had they Emailed me a few times during 2018 to remind me they are still alive, and maybe even the odd promo or 2 during the year, i would have probably made a fair few deposits this year like i had always done during the previous years.

I totally agree with this. He has, not only looked after us with a variety of comps, working with accredited casinos for prizes etc but brought a load of new members to CM from his YouTube and twitch stream.

Late to the party, mainly because i have not opened a new casino account since August 2016, hence, my judgement is based to a large part on my experiences at CM. Shows maybe the level of satisfaction with my current three gaming hangouts.

Best casino: Videoslots - It has become very tough for other operators to match the level of gamification, player rewards as well as number of games, battle of slots etc.
Best Download Casino: Although I deposited rarely, but it is clearly 32RED
Worst Casino: I'll go with 21BET who turned out to be less than legitimate than they tried to convey.
Best screenshot: That Napoleon screenie on a $0.20 bet was just awesome. A medium sized bet would have bought a new car

Here are my personal favourites:

The positive:

Best Casino: Videoslots or Rizk -- Outstanding casinos.
Best Casino Group: GIG or BML Group -- No issues whatsover, solid performance through out the year.
Rep of the year: @Captain Rizk and @Dan_Pragmatic -- Even though the Captain has left his position, he was an outstanding example of a great rep. And Dan naturally, with Pragmatic and while in charge of the VS team.
Outstanding forum participation award - Casino: Videoslots -- No other casino has ever had such a overall presence on the forum. Countless CM special promotions and always available to any player queries.
Outstanding forum participation award - Forum member: @Harry_BKK -- The Remarkable thread brings out the best in members here. Makes you believe in the good of the people.
Best player experience: Biased here, but Rizk and Casino Euro giving out trips to Malta was (naturally) a highlight of the year (for me ).

The negative:

Worst player experience: Juridification of online gambling. The SOW/SOF requests are a result of tighter regulatory environment in gambling. Most of the crap casinos like Rizk and Videoslots took from the members here regarding these requests had little to do with that particular casino as such. Maybe the process was not as smooth for some as it should have been, but the underlying issues have more to do with licensing authorities' objectives and their demands for compliance -- with an implied or explicit reference to having a license in the future or not. The situation is not helped by the lack of clear instructions or recommendations from the licensing authorities. Here are my personal favourites:


Worst player experience: Juridification of online gambling. The SOW/SOF requests are a result of tighter regulatory environment in gambling. Most of the crap THAT casinos like Rizk and Videoslots took from the members here regarding these requests had little to do with that particular casino as such. Maybe the process was not as smooth for some as it should have been, but the underlying issues have more to do with licensing authorities' objectives and their demands for compliance -- with an implied or explicit reference to having a license in the future or not. The situation is not helped by the lack of clear instructions or recommendations from the licensing authorities. Best player experience: Biased here, but Rizk and Casino Euro giving out trips to Malta was (naturally) a highlight of the year (for me ).

I think this is a case where bias is most definitely allowed.
