Exactly what I was thinking. Now this guy is taking up precious ecogra time so that he can get £100 ridiculous if you ask me. I would have taken the refund. Here's me reading posts about ecogra coz I'm sat waiting on a 6 figure sum potentially and he's crying about £120 utter waste of time

Don't know if any civil court is going to take on a case about 120 quid. And even if they do, the costs would be 10x that at least.

Exactly, it's a waste of time they offered him a refund, I'd take it and move on...

Apologies, I get £120 is alot and I generally hope he sorts it out but I generally think it's a waste of time going to court. Ecogra got back to me! They're waiting on information from the operator then they're going to be back in touch. Hopefully not long now!

Yeah I guess I'm a little stressed out by my own situation so I said some things I shouldn't have, but taking them to court over that is not a good use of resources. In my opinion.
