OSHI Casino is stalling my withdrawal

I’m fully verified at OSHI, I never experienced withdrawal issues like this before.
All withdrawal request were executed the same day within hours.
I always use the same withdrawal method which is declared as „instant“. Now my latest withdrawal request is pending since almost a week.
Support at OSHI is not helpful, just saying the withdrawals will be executed in sequence and I should just be patient.

I wrote @Oshi Casino a PM yesterday. He did not answer it yet.

So, what’s going on OSHI?

From what I can see the OSHI rep hasn't been around in over a year so the chances of getting a reply from them are not great.

That said, OSHI is a Dama NV property IIRC and we have good contacts there that could be helpful in getting this taken care of. Update:
Before I wanted to open a (PAB) ticket I wanted to try to resolve the issue one last time at OSHI's support.
After support did say the same things as I wrote before, I announced that I will escalate this matter now by opening a ticket. This sort of worked miracles. Support was suddenly able to talk to the "specialists" who manage the cashouts which was not possible the several times earlier when I chatted with them. They suddenly prioritized the withdrawal which I 've received about half an hour ago.

Ah, well, whatever gets the job done eh? They probably felt my disapproval through The Force and decided it was best not to test me.

Anyhoo, glad it worked out.

I very, very rarely do this but I have found that casually mentioning that "I have been a member at Casinomeister since 2009, and I read in the forum that your typical withdrawal times are (blah blah blah)" usually lights a fire under them. Like I said... I don't use it often, but it's a good card to have up your sleeve!
