I'm am the new rep for Prime Partners and Prime Gaming.

Prime Gaming is the owner of the gambling brands: Prime Scratch Cards, Prime Slots, Mega Casino and many others.

Prime Partners is the official affiliate program of the Prime Gaming brands.

A couple of disclaimers:

1) We do NOT have (or had) any connection to the Palace Group.

2) We are not yet an accredited casino here on Casinomeister. Therefore I am not recognized as an official representative by the site, although I do work for Prime Gaming / Prime Partners.

Please feel free to contact me with anything regarding your experience with our brands and/or programs by either replying to this thread or messaging me directly through my profile.

Hope to make your Prime Gaming experience even better than it is today,

Hi Y'all!!!!

I started this thread in order to enable all you guys/gals out there an easier way to contact someone from Prime Partners and Prime Gaming about our affiliate program an various brands.

Most of you already know us but for those who don;t we are the company who operates Prime Scratch Cards, Prime Slots, Mega Casino and many others.

Prime Partners is the official affiliate program of the Prime Gaming brands.

Just so everything is clear:

1) Prime Gaming do NOT have (or had) any connection to the Palace Group.

2) We are not yet an accredited casino here on Casinomeister. Therefore I am not recognized as an official representative by the site, although I do work for Prime Gaming / Prime Partners.

Please feel free to contact me with anything regarding your experience with our brands and/or programs by either replying to this thread or contacting me through my profile.

Hi. Welcome. Please note the following in the General Posting Rules:

No biggie this time but please keep in mind for your future posts.

There was an MG casino with the word 'Prime' that was taken over by Casino Rewards. Hopefully not with your case.

Prime casino used Palace Group as an outsource provider for CS, payments, etc. This IS, in my view, a "connection", and one that is obvious to anyone daft enough to still be playing there.

Prime Casino were once accredited here, and were considered one of the better outfits, then management seemed intent on throwing it all away, and in the end they asked Bryan to remove them from the accredited list as they were no longer interested in being a part of CM.

It is this past that will make some suspicious of this attempt to come back on board.

Currently, Prime is one of the few on the "no can do" list, and thus players are completely on their own, no rep (till now) and no access to the PAB mediation service. This gets them a "proceed with caution" rating.

The FIRST priority therefore is for Prime to agree with Max that they will again participate in the PAB service. They can then open discusions with Bryan about coming back on board as accredited. If Palace Group is still involved as an outsource service provider, say so now as this is pretty obvious once you start playing.

I will give an example of what I mean by "obvious".

1) I won and requested a withdrawal from Prime Casino
2) Phonecall offering me bonus for reversing some or all of the withdrawal came. I asked the caller some questions, and he assured me he was calling direct from Prime's offices, and was not a member of the outsourced CS at Palace group. He gave me his "direct" number, and assured me this was a "special" number, and not a normal CS number, and would get me through directly to Prime's offices.

3) Later, I phoned this "special" number, and was answered, "Hello, Ruby Fortune casino, how may I help?" - BUSTED:oops:

It was only when I reported the above to Bryan as "unbecoming of an accredited casino" that I learned that Prime had quietly slipped away 6 months earlier by their own request, and was thus no longer accredited.

They then went on to jerk me around over a piddling £500 withdrawal, putting my account under "investigation", yet I had been a loyal player for years, and had made far larger withdrawals with no issues. I took this to be "sour grapes" on their part as I had not budged in refusing to reverse any of my withdrawals despite their persistent efforts by phone and email. I called their bluff, got my £500, and dropped them like a hot potato.

Despite the passage of time, I have seen nothing to convince me that things have changed for the better at Prime, and in one respect, the SPAM, things are much worse.

If this really is a fresh start for them, they should work hard to make it happen, and support needs to be coming right from the top so that the rep can get on with things without their hands being tied by the bosses.

Oh to be in the financial position where 500 pounds is a piddling withdrawal amount!:notworthy

Hi weatherman,

I understand you frustration of the the "treatment" you got from dealing with the Palace Group. Perfectly good reputation can and should get ruined quickly by cases like yours.

As for our (Prime Gaming's) side, our casino brand is called Mega Casino (megacasino.com) with SW and services supplied by SkillonNet. It is called Mega and not Prime because the previous existence of Prime Casino (operated by Palace Group).
BTW, our other brands are in partnership with NeoGames.

We are trying to gain reputation through this site/forum, and though it might seem suspicious (because of the weird/roguish things that happened with Prime Casino) I will try and make amends for it. I am willing to be treated as a hostile by anyone as long as I have a chance to defend myself. I call you (all of you) to differentiate between Prime Gaming and Prime Casino - they are not the same.

Therefore, I will be here and try helping you as much as I can. I hope I will do a good job and that everything will turn out to the best,
PrimeGaming

If you have nothing to do with the old Prime casino, you should have ditched the poisonous word "Prime" altogether. I have never heard that the old Prime casino had closed, and if it hasn't, this is going to cause endless confusion among players both old and new.

Maybe "Megagaming" would have been a better choice, along with things like "Megascratch" to go alongside Mega casino. You could even have "Megabingo". From the players' perspective, they would see no connection with the former Prime.

I have known about "Prime Gaming" and the scratchcard site for ages (SPAM), and have always assumed you to be the same entity as that behind the Prime Casino, and all operated through the Palace Group in the same way Prime Casino is, and more recently the Betway group.

Today is the first I have heard that these brands have nothing to do with the old Prime Casino.

I want to post our site just so you and the other get to know us and what we do better and to avoid further confusions it's primegaming.com
Check out the Brands tag for the descriptions and take a look around, see if you've got any comments about them and the site as a whole.
If you do, you can either contact me here or my colleagues through the site.

It says you have been around since 2003:confused:

If so, you hid yourselves very well.

I started in 2004, and my first encounter with "Prime" was the Microgaming powered "Prime casino", which launched AFTER 2003. If this is so, then YOUR trademark has been infringed by Prime Casino, and possibly the Palace group. You have a strong case because it is clearly confusing for players, and in a similar battle, 32Red successfully sued Will Hill online over it's use of "32Vegas", forcing them to drop the "32". It is the use of the word "Prime" in the context of online gambling that creates the confusion in your case. If 32Red can "own" the number 32, then you should be able to "own" the term "Prime" for online gaming products.

I dont have time to find it right now but I am sure there was an issue in the past found with SkillonNet in regards to fairness, I believe there was a warning issued here at the site.

Hi Me_and_Ed,
Thanks, I'll try to find it. Anyway, I hope it was fixed and, if it still persists, I'll try and fix it.
After all, we are paying them :)

I dont have time to find it right now but I am sure there was an issue in the past found with SkillonNet in regards to fairness, I believe there was a warning issued here at the site.

I went over the post from Mar12 about the possibility of a rigged double up feature in the poker game of the casino brands SkillOnNet provides. Though I can't confirm it ever existing, from what I saw it is no longer a problem. The same SW was approved by Denmark's Spillemyndigheden (gambling authority) and I tend to trust their judgment.

I saw a couple of posts from Jan13 praising the Mega Casino brand, so I hope that from the users' side everything is OK both now and in the future.

That said, please notify me if you find a possible problem which is still there and I'll check it.

The problem with the fix is that it smacks of "shit, we got caught, quick - cover up". A quiet fix followed by denial and no explanation does not boost confidence in a software. It leaves the player wondering whether they have really cleaned up, or they have been more careful in rigging the odds so they don't get caught so easily. Getting approved by a regulatory authority is not seen as so reliable any longer given that the Spielo G2 scandal happened right under the noses of THREE separate regulatory authorities, yet it was the player community that found the evidence to bust the rigged games.

I get your point, and it's a good one. I can't give you an answer using the name of SkillOnNet because (1) I don't work for them, (2) I'm not a tech guy, so I don't understand the specs from the SW side if things.
What I can tell you is that we (Prime Gaming) will do as much as we can to make the user experience in our products as enjoyable and trust worthy as we can. When complaints arise we will try to handle them as best as we can. This is part of the reason why I'm following this forum.
Keep in mind - Prime Gaming is not SkillOnNet!! They are only our SW providers. They are accountable to us, so what I'm asking you is to help us make our service better. Other reviews of our brands, both Mega Casino and others, have been very positive so I know some people think we do a good job.
I am willing to risk our reputation and start another trial by fire for our brands and am positive that in the end we will become one of the accredited casino.

Hi,

On the 27th of June I requested a cashout (my first) via the PrimeScratchCards website. Your withdrawal form states that it may take UP TO 48 hours to process. I sent documents 3 days later even though they had not been requested, hoping to speed up the withdrawal process. I have chatted with your support every other day for an update and they are still saying they can not tell me when my withdrawal request will be processed. Last Friday, 8 days after my original request, I was told, in chat, that my account had been verified and that my payment would be processed within 12 hours. I have waited 72 hours, and have just chatted with support again, only to be told that mhy account had in fact not been approved and that somebody had given me incorrect information.

The deposit I made went from a pending withdrawal on my credit card to actually being charged by the 29th of June. In other words, you have had my money for 9 days, yet cannot give me ANY information as to why my withdrawal is being delayed. To top it off, the way your support staff speak to customers leaves a lot to be desired.

I have deposited over $50,000 with online casinos over the past 4 years and have never had an experience like this, nobody can tell me what is causing the delay or when it will be resolved. Very, very frustrating

About PrimeCasino

Prime Casino is licensed by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta and specializes in providing users with a fair and entertaining online gaming experience. Our award winning software is powered by industry leader Microgaming Systems Ltd, and offers more than 280 Vegas-style casino games all featuring the latest in graphics, sound and usability. Prime Casino is a proud member of Prime Gaming, a group consisting of an online casino, poker room, scratchcard site and backgammon room.

Proud member of the international gaming network that includes other Prime sites such as Prime ScratchCards, Prime Slots Prime Fortune (Belgium), and Prime Winners, as well as Mega Casino and Indogvind (Denmark), Prime Casino offers players the unique excitement of over 600 Vegas-style games, either from Flash or download play, and the chance at a massive progressive jackpot.

This is Prime Casino, run on behalf of their owners by The Palace Group, and I know this because I played there at the time, and always had to deal with Palace Group for support issues.

Now, Prime Partners, which has "nothing to do with the Palace Group", and by implication nothing to do with Prime Casino the Microgaming Viper brand run by the Palace Group.

Mega Casino

Imagine a casino site like no other and you'll envision Mega Casino. Since its launch early 2011, players have been joining nonstop with unbeatable ratio and high value. The site has a wide selection of video poker, blackjack and roulette games.

Indogvind.dk is our flagship brand in the Danish market. We were one of the first to receive a license in the competitive market and used it to our fully advantage in gaining market penetration and exposure. With a variety of over 150 unique instant win games, our brand is a true leader in its field.

So, if both are completely separate, how come they BOTH currently claim to operate MegaCasino and Indogvind.

Purely circumstantial evidence is that like my experience with Prime Casino, Recondite is getting the runaround over what should be a straight forward matter.

So, how are MegaCasino and Indogvind connected, via Prime Casino, to the Palace Group?

Are you sure?

Hi VinylWeatherman,
We used to own the Prime Casino brand until a couple of years ago (I don't have an exact date because I wasn't at the company at the time). Since then, the brand has closed and we stopped handling it. Still, old players can still play the brand and get the support from a team dedicated to the specific brand by a company named WinTechnology. BTW, the other brands mentioned in the Prime Casino site (Poker, Backgammon) don't have a "real money" game any more and therefore not supported.
I don't know about a connection to the Palace Group. There might have been one in the past and there might have not been a connection at all. What I do know is that Spin Palace (Palace Group) are the operators of some (all?) MG brands. Prime Casino uses MG SW so maybe that's the connection. I also saw that they, and every other MG brand, are in the accredited section. Never-the-less, if you find out more, and you want to ask me something about this new information, you are most welcomed to do so. I promise to do my best to get the information for you (or anyone else).
Concerning the other brands - our support team for Prime Scratch Cards, Prime Slots and indogvind.dk is handled by a team in NeoGames, and SkillOnNet handles Mega Casino. This means that both the SW and the support are by different companies (than Prime Casino).
I hope that I answered your question, and you received the information you asked for. If you want anything else from information to.... well, everything - please don't hesitate to ask. You can reach me either through here, through a PM or through my personal mail at affiliates@primepartners.com (my main job is to handle the affiliate program for the company).
I mean it - I'm here for you or anyone else!!
Best,
Gal Blatman

... I also saw that they, and every other MG brand, are in the accredited section...
Actually, there are plenty of MG casinos not listed in the Accred section - the Rewards group for one example. And BTW - your casino is listed in the Not Recommended section because of your progressive terms and conditions - I PMd you about that some time ago. Please check:
https://www.casinomeister.com/rogue-casinos/

Even though you use MGS as a software platform, you have some old Playtech terms that have been carried over from the old days.
