Not only is this grammatically incorrect, but it's also not true.

1: The misleading bonus terms that don't make sense.
2: Your customer support not responding to my emails regarding my deposit limit request (even though they responded to parts of my emails regarding the bonus issues).
3: Your customer support not responding to my emails to close my account.
4: Why your live chat is never online even during the times the website says it is available.

We usally don't get complains like these as we expect our players to know the terms off a casino bonus. These don't differ from other casino's.

I can understand that you maybe dissapointed but it's uncalled for to place a message like this on t a forum (To all others at CASINOMEISTER, please avoid as they have shown a clear disregard for responsible gaming).

We don't show disregard in anyway to our players or to gaming.

I just had to go an check the site out :D.. Still says "European biggest online casino".

It is amazing how many online casinos share the #1 position on "Europe's biggest casino".
Casinoeuro had find away to promote without being incorrect, as they say: "Europe's favorite online casino".
"Favorite" is very subjective, but "biggest" not so.

Actually I just spotted that at the bigbangcasino website it allso says "Europe's greatest online casino". That's better wording and I think they should take that "European biggest..." off :D.


I just take a quick look trough the casinos website and it actually looks quite legit and the t&c looks alright to me.
Although someone should re-read the English t&c. At least for me those were a bit confusing.

"As soon as the player accepts a bonus, the bonus can be received from BigBang Casino. The player receives the money bonus when the player is considered for the bonus. The received money bonus is shown on the player statement. When the bonus is unlocked, it will be added to the balance."

BigBang Casino only allows one player account for each player, address, household, email address, credit card number, IP address and IP address in a common area. All bonuses can only accepted once.

"Cards", what the hell that means. All the games with cards included are excluded when playing with bonus? That is not too clear, or am I only one who things so.

Edited to add: I might give them a go to try them out. But if they truly don't close players account, if requested via email, I'll have to pass.

Why is not uncalled for?! It's now 4 days since I requested my account is closed and it is still open even after requesting it is closed via email and PM on casinomeister. There has been no response to my emails to your support regarding account closure and a deposit limit, so I presume a deposit limit is still not in place on my account. You have still not responded to my PM. This in my view is clear disregard for responsible gaming and safety of players.

I concede that the bonus issue is partly my fault and I have explained that in my PM to you.

All in all my original post still stands.

depositing in your casino was the big mystake on this sunday, i wanted to play a little bit and deposited 30€ and got the 100 % bonus, so my money went lost so i thought i still have 30 € bonus, but the player doesn't so, you don't get any bonus from this casino so be aware to deposit there, its the first time a get such bonus issues, it's not the best to get new members, I'm gonna write in all forums to avoid your casino. somthing like this makes me angry.

Whatever your beef with the casino may have been UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES are you permitted to use us and our forums as a blackmail threat against them. That's written right into the Posting Rules which you ignored to pursue your personal agenda against the casino, which is also a violation of the Rules (while we're at it).

Too many garbage posts and too many forum violations for this to be a coincidence or an accident. Please find somewhere else to do your dirt.
