New Casino Rep A familiar face, less familiar brand? I’m now representing Lottomart!

Hey CM Peeps!

As per the thread title, “introducing” myself seems a little cheeky, but thought it may be the best place to announce that I’ll soon be representing a new site which, from what I can see, doesn’t get a huge amount of mentions on here - hopefully that’s a good sign.

In case the (Mark-underscore-casino) format didn’t give it away, I am the same Mark originally from 32 and more recently BGO. I’ll be officially joining Lottomart on 1st March and I’ll be here to address any issues and hopefully bring some nice competitions your way. I’ll be part of the senior management team and will endeavour to ensure that the business realises the value of your feedback - although they do already I’m sure.

Jelena is busy doing an official review but as a brief intro: Lottomart is a great brand which was founded in 2017. Licenced in Gibraltar and the U.K, it offers Lottery betting (obviously) but don’t be fooled by the name! Lottomart also has an extensive casino offering with over 800 games from the top providers you’ll know and love already. Live dealer is powered by Evolution, there’s slots from MG, Netent, Red Tiger etc and also Scratch Cards which are a lot more popular than the other places I’ve worked!

The company is Gibraltar-based and - for me at least - has an “old 32” (pre acquisition) personal feel. Some of my old colleagues from 32 are part of the team already and the others who I’ve met are fantastically committed and passionate about providing a top quality service and the best experience. If you haven’t tried them (us) yet, there’s a link in my sig.

I’ve already noticed a few small things which may not suit the more seasoned players that frequent the forum, one of which is a lack of ewallets at present but that’s in the pipeline. I’d appreciate any other feedback and will be doing what I can to address any negative aspects.

Maybe we will now you are there. As it never gets mentioned much and no threads or listings most have probably never heard of the place.

Yeah it could also be that the “lotto” aspect of the brand put people off, not sure. We’ll continue to work hard to make the brand more popular, the team have recently done their first sponsorship and hopefully more to come. It’s not a small company and has fantastic financial backing so exciting times ahead!

Haha! I’m thick-skinned and from my experience the majority of comments on here have historically been useful. Not always possible from a commercial aspect, but usually valid. Obviously the odd “why don’t I get a 200% bonus up to £5k with no wagering” pops up, but we can’t stop @JGslots from trying his hand every now and then. Haha. Sorry Rob you were the first name I thought of.

I can’t comment on RTPs etc, I don’t know the background but personally I think the industry is evolving into a place where top isn’t the right place, but the shareholders may have different opinions.
