Worry not - the Red Tigers only on "secondary RTP" settings of 93-94% - there's plenty of headroom to go all the way down to 90%!

Oh and apparently it takes 2 days to "approve" withdrawals so there's another quick win for you. You're welcome.

I do really like the layout and design of the site, and the fixed RTP slots that I played yesterday all ran very smoothly with nary a problem. In fairness, the place does have potential.

Excellent news, thanks SZ. I guess it’s worded that way to prevent complaints if there is a delay but you’re right, it could be more positive eg “should be with you in x but may take y” - feedback noted and appreciated.

Like you said, one of the bigger challenges will be trying to migrate hardened slots players to a site that has 'Lotto' in it - personally, it rings bells of a Bingo site which might be tricky to overcome?

Suppose the Litmus test is, if you're not offering the top RTP, why would i switch from a 94% solid joint like Unibet etc (if i wanted to play at Uni)?

I deposit weekly and every week, a day or so, after my deposit. I receive an email saying I have free spins in my account.
But when I log in to claim them. I get this popup

It's been happening for a couple of months now. I have emailed support on a couple of occasions, and the spins were added.
Although, when I emailed last week. I didn't even get a reply, never mind any free spins.

I don't always have the time or inclination to email support every week, since it is only a few freespins (although I have done well on occasions from the proceeds of a few free spins), but they might be more important to other players, who might be having the same problem.
