I’m a new gambler and i wanted to start with something safe like free offers no deposit bonuses, free spins, free bets or risk free deals before putting much of my own money My older brother was into this few years ago and back then you could get $100 no deposit bonuses or even higher once just for signing up, and with low wagering but it's not the same today those big free cash offers from reputable casinos are gone and most of what I can find are small free spins or $5 in chips with high wagering and tight max cashouts next to impossible to wager.I looked at the actual terms of a few current offers to see which ones are realistically the easiest to get something out of them and from what I can see, pure no deposit free cash bigger than $20 is rare now. Most of such offers come with heavy wagering and low max cash outs like stake with x40 wagering and Slotland casino with x25 wager.I found also Cloudbet $20 risk free bet, idk but it seems like it's the cleaner one I found. Available to existing players too and doesn’t lock you into high wagering on the free bet itself. so is it a good strategy to follow, or am I missing some better options? Has anyone found an offer that’s actually better than this Cloudbet one?Would be great if we share here in this thread all best bonuses available, for sure I will do my best to keep it updated with all I will find.

Your analysis is pretty much spot on. The market shifted significantly around 2021–2023 — regulatory pressure in licensed markets (MGA, UKGC) forced operators to tighten no deposit terms dramatically. The $100 free cash era your brother remembers was largely pre-regulation or early-regulation, and most of those offers had exploitable loopholes that got closed.

A few things worth knowing when evaluating what's left:

The wagering structure matters more than the headline amount

x25 on bonus only is very different from x25 on bonus+deposit. Slotland's x25 sounds lower than Stake's x40, but you need to check what the multiplier applies to. Bonus+deposit wagering at x25 on a $20 bonus + $20 deposit = $1,000 to clear. Bonus-only at x40 on $20 = $800. The lower headline number is actually worse.

Max cashout caps kill most no deposit offers

A $20 no deposit with x30 wagering and a $50 max cashout means even if you run perfectly you're capped at $50 profit. Factor that into the EV calculation before deciding if it's worth the time.

On the Cloudbet risk-free bet

Risk-free bets are structurally cleaner than free cash because the refund is usually in cash or low-wagering bonus rather than high-wagering chips. The "available to existing players" point you flagged is genuinely unusual and worth noting — most no deposit offers are new player only.

What I'd actually look for

Free spins with no wagering on winnings (rare but they exist, usually at smaller operators), or matched deposit bonuses with bonus-only wagering under x30 and a reasonable max cashout. The expected value on most no deposit free cash offers right now is negative once you account for time cost — the free spins with keep-what-you-win structure often beats them on pure EV even though the headline looks smaller.
