New Casino Rep A familiar face, less familiar brand? I’m now representing Lottomart!

@Mark_Lottomart

Hi Mark.

Maybe you could do something to sort this out...?

I deposit weekly and every week, a day or so, after my deposit. I receive an email saying I have free spins in my account.
But when I log in to claim them. I get this popup

View attachment 165986

It's been happening for a couple of months now. I have emailed support on a couple of occasions, and the spins were added.
Although, when I emailed last week. I didn't even get a reply, never mind any free spins.

I don't always have the time or inclination to email support every week, since it is only a few freespins (although I have done well on occasions from the proceeds of a few free spins), but they might be more important to other players, who might be having the same problem.
Hey Brian, sorry about this, I'll try and get to the bottom of it. Could you please be so kind as to PM your email address please?

Many thanks,
Mark

Yeah I got that too. Although I don't care much about the spins so I didn't contact support ,(no need for any action on my account, Mark).
Thanks, good to know it’s affecting more than one account. I’ll let the dev team know.

A few things to consider whilst playing here ( from my Mrs)

Seems a smooth site, no lag,all good, deposit bonus slightly weird as the small percentage comes from it but ties you in to max bet of £5 quid. So if you was to bet on live games trying out all the games it will restrict you to £5.

Although you may have more cash funds available.

The overall percentage is very small on the bonus so she said its hard to gauge how your really doing with wagering & again different games contributed differently. So best avoid the bonuses.

She ran into a game problem on super bar x slot to which hasn't been paid out, the bonus round has vanished but according to her it was over £224 but hasn't been applied to her account ( Mark has been informed) still awaiting outcome.

Another sticky point was, she had some ten free games at top of page earned from playing some slot, she hadn't used them but went over to live games placed her bet number 6 came in on £6 plus £1 split ( no payment ) she applied same bet again same thing same number came in, nonpayment, the system had rejected the bet because it was over £5. Again the free spins had not been used,so why would this affect her bets when she didn't have any bonuses being used.

Live games again bets rejected for no reason.

Some screen shots have been done, but overall she said it was a good site after a day of testing it, a few bumps but let's see how they get sorted, I shall ask her when she has been updated.

Considering I said to give it a go due to Mark being there)

Update.
Payment of withdrawal done within 24hrs & zero hassle back to her card, so that's good news. Seems fair to me)

Is it really necessary to send emails like this?

Hi Brian,
Pssst. Over here. Did you know that you still have funds in your Lottomart account?

It’s true, we just thought you might like to know. 😇

You can play any of our 1,000+ games, lottos and scratchcards without having to deposit, sweet! 🎰

I received one last night, a few minutes after I had made a deposit - So, yes I did indeed have funds in my account, I just hadn't had enough time to lose my deposit.

And I received another one tonight to remind me that I had a whole 10p in my account, which was what was left of last night's deposit.

Maybe you could add a threshold to trigger the emails. I'd be happy to get a reminder that I've got a £5 or £10 in my account. But 10p ?????

Sorry for the late reply on this Brian, I've only just got the email notification.

I'll pass on the feedback to our comms team. Consensus last time I was involved in the discussions on balance emails (a long time ago!) we that it did no harm to remind people they have funds in their account as it's their cash. What might be a measly amount to you may be worth it for others.

Perhaps we could look at making it relative to spin size or deposit size? Not sure just thinking out loud here.

Thanks .
Mark

Mr Q is also a casino that does this quite a bit as well and, from my own perspective, it does irritate me rather than make me want to login and deposit (which I presume is the intention)

Personally, yes, if someone played and forgot (as I did recently with a site) that they’d 20 quid in there then, by all means but I think you’re better reminding people you exist, and deposit there, via new game notifications to inboxes etc

Being said; certainly a better approach than some casino who, after the welcome email, never send anything ;-)

Lottomart is the only casino that I'm getting regular deposit bonuses from and I can deposit as little as £10 and have a go at them. I got to about £90 withdrawal the other week from £10 but got greedy and lost it due to forgetting about the bonus and real money being tied together in each spin. Still,I do check Lottomart out for bonuses if I have the odd tenner and have won a little now and again. I would happily recommend the brand and being able to talk to a regular rep on here about any problems,of which there aren't too many.

It's a pity a bit of crawling doesn't get one a bonus or anything nowadays!

Seriously though,I think those free few pounds and spins that were commonplace on the likes of 32Red,White Hat and the other brands used to garner loyalty from players but the way customers are treated by and large is a big reason why customers tend to disappear altogether or pick one or two casinos and stick with them. Unfortunately some of those casinos nowadays are a bit on the unscrupulous side to say the least.

I get pretty regular 25% and 50% offers from Lottomart, you have to use it quick, they expire within 24 hours or so of the email usually. I’d say they usually get sent on a Friday or weekend time.

It’s good for an extra £25 or £50.

I’ve been on holiday and they sent me a free fiver , clearly as I hadn’t logged in.

I don’t tend to bother with free spins offers, usually just look out for the cash matches, although I don’t think I’ve met the wagering on many bonuses boooooo hahahaha.

I'm thinking that this all depends if your ahead I've received nothing in emails or matches In a long time, although Mark was kind enough to comp me for a problem with a game.
Again I'm ahead but that cap on max spin has always been a pain, I like to play live games so unless I'm just playing slots it gets in the way.

I have had two offers over the weekend from Lottomart, but my point is a general one about how casinos have abandoned almost all of those little loyalty treats that kept players coming back for more.

Generally casinos should reward loyalty in the form of a realistic bonus with fair wagering, say a complete 100% deposit match at end of the month, around pay day time....

Rough example, 100% up to £100 with 30xB wagering but ONLY if that player had say made a minimum of 5 x £20 or 2 x £50 deposits that month.....

Another idea would be a £10 NDB with 5x wagering end of the month if player had made described deposits above but been unlucky and not withdrawn anything.
