New member issue with Lottomart

Good evening All,
Hope you are doing ok. I was wondering if you could help me with an issue I’m facing currently at Lottomart. On the 16th October I put a request in to withdrawal £356 and was told to submit payslips documents which I did. I waited a few days as I knew some times it could take 24hrs. This had never happen to be before. When I contacted via webchat was told this is being reviewed but can’t be given a time scale. What can be done to get this resolved as I needed to use the funds for an emergency and left confuse. Please can you help.

Lottomart are a very good online casino as is their rep Mark, your money is safe. Sometimes when performing source of wealth and kyc checks in the first instance, it may take longer than normal though.

I hope he isn't tied up in meetings with black cube trying to smear L&L Europe for having an edgy Jan.

From what I understood:

it is a bit busy there, so all you can have is patience.
Mark also doesnt receive email notifications on new PM's so can take a bit longer before he replies.

DOn't worry, its a reputable operator, well managed and mark is a great rep.

BUT, this is a recurring theme for LottoMart. Every other week someone complains about their KYC process.
Imo, its unacceptable the timescales in this being approved.
And yes, I also appreciate how important it is.
But you cant tell me it takes, weeks on end to approve these sort of things.
 
This is so unfair to many loyal players that have accounts with them. The no communication or time scale is what concerns many people. It’s utterly something they need to work on for sure.

Seems like it could be months and without any update is just poor. Not asked for nothing els since I sent my payslips
 
That's a tad unfair as Mark does his best to help out but sometimes it is outwith his control ....and he is on holiday just now :)
Its not Mark's fault, just behind the scenes at LottoMart imo. I wasn't having a go at Mark.

Like I previously mentioned, I would probably get a bit of backlash, but there is always a delay at LottoMart when it comes to KYC/CDD/EDD. Whilst I understand the importance of this. It should not take weeks on end to verify documents.
