This can only be a rip-off scenario .. will you pay for 50% of the losses ?? If you want someone to place the bets for you, it should be YOUR money being at stake .. not theirs ...

Your reason for needing a partner is because "all casinos illegal in turkey".

Why then do you need the partner's money? Seems like you just need an account.
