How long is long enough to wait for a withdrawal?

I just cashed out Thursday with a casino rewards site and the support told me it wouldn't even get processed until Tuesday because of the holiday Monday ? Yet their websites state 'The fastest payouts" They also do the 48 hour hold ...This is the only casino that I know of now that still has a cashout wait days .
 
I got my $400 from Hype sometime during the wee hours. Hope you got at least part of your cashouts from Hype, Addisyn.

Silk: I hate that mandatory 'hold' period. 24 hours I can handle, longer than that just pisses me off.
 
YW, but it sucks that you are probably all out of luck until Tuesday the 2nd at the earliest. I doubt that anyone in management or accounting will be around at any of these places. I agree with Addisyn...if these casinos want people to deposit 24/7, then they should have management/financial available the same hours. And a promotions dept. also. JMO.

Well Winna, at least you know that someone is onto it come Tuesday then. I'm glad she got back to you so promptly. I'm sure it will all get sorted first thing Tuesday morning. Frustrating for sure, but it seems like this slowdown or backup happens every year at this time. Please let us know that you do get paid okay?
 
inChilli cashout - 10 days and counting.....they told me they 'suppose' it will be paid after the holidays...

Hype - still waiting on this one also.....

Something's not right about these two places. But it is their loss as I have made at least two dozen deposits elsewhere while awaiting these two cashouts.
 
I think that any business that runs 24/7 needs to have their accounts/payments department work every day of the year (except public holidays) - other businesses that operate this way dont just shut down for a few weeks because all the staff need a holiday.

Yes, everyone DOES need a holiday and they should get one, but their absence should be covered like any other business. Payouts should not be delayed because the 'person that does it is away for a week'- fair enough if its christmas day or bank holiday etc, but that kind of excuse doesnt wash with me.

I havent been affected by this in the last few years, but I do feel strongly about it and we as 'paying customers' are entitled to efficient and timely service and some casinos need to pull their fingers out.

Vote with your cash people...its the only way to force change :D

I cashed out last Thursday afternoon from Blackjack Ballroom and still nada . When I talked to support right before I cashed [You have to be a VP for flushing] I asked if they already recieved my ID . He started talking about faxes which I told him I emailed .I then asked him if he had my ID and he gave a hesitant 'yes' . I tried calling today but all the phones are down and live chat has a message they are too busy and to leave an email . So I am figuring the runaround begins .
I also cashed out at Grand Monaco Friday night . Still nothing from them either . They only have the 24 hour hold . I have been told because of the New Year but comeon how hard is it to make a money transfer of winnings when using a webwallet?? Mailmen are busy the day after a holiday but still have to get the mailout . No cashout should take more than 48 hours start to finish IMHO. Understaffing is no excuse with the money these big name casinos are making .

Does anyone here have any experience with instadebit? I cashed out on 12/27 at King Neptunes. They said it was processed on 12/29 but I haven't recieved any confirmation email and on the cashcheck screen it says "work in progress". The people at Trident insist that it's been sent to instadebit but it takes at least 3 business days to show up. When I had click2pay it showed up the same day. I feel like I am getting the run around on this -- I should not have to wait a week after a cashout for funds to show up at a webprocessors (not even my bank account), when that same processor takes the funds out of my account the same day!!!
 
Instadebit is great! When they receive the withdrawal they will email you to let you know they have it. I have had no problems with them at all. Whenever I can I divert my cashouts to Instadebit instead of Neteller.

It takes them only a couple of days to get the money to my checking account not a week like Neteller. So far that has been my experience.

I have another withdrawal which has been pending since 12/15. It is from Shark Casino. Last night I got on live chat and had to pull this info out of the rep.

Mike: How may I help you?

you: I requested a withdrawal on 12/15 in the amount of $1200.00.
you: I was not playing with a bonus so no terms needed to be met.

As of today, Jan 6th, it is not in my checking account! I PMed the casino manager a couple of times but so far no response. Come on people I want my money! 21+ days and counting!!!!!!!!!! :eek2:
 
Addisyn, there is something going on with Shark Casino, but I'm not sure what. Have you read the two complaint forums? Bonus and non-bonus? There are a few complaints, and Phynqster seems to have ignored them all....and everyone. There is some speculation that he was let go in the latest batch of layoffs (BETUS) in Costa Rica.

Anyway, post a complaint in the non-bonus issues forum. And you may want to consider PAB, but if Shark isn't accredited here (and I don't think they are)....that will be your one and only PAB allowed by Bryan for a non-accredited casino. So you may want to hold off and see what's happening with the company in general first. JMO.

BJB pays out but they are slow. It took them two weeks to pay my winnings when I cashed out. First they refunded only the deposit and took another week to get my winnings. I de installed them because I found it unacceptable.

I did get paid the other day . I just get so annoyed with any casino that does the 48 hour hold and then still doesn't process for days .
 
To be honest the only place i play anymore is bodog where they do my cashouts , no matter how big or small , 99% of the time within 15 minutes.
