How long is long enough to wait for a withdrawal?

I would love to see my withdrawals with 24-48 hours. Being an impatient person this time limit suits me fine. When it gets in the territory of 72 hours or more I start getting nervous.

Right now I am at 9 days and counting with one one casino and at 14 with another. I have made contact via email, live chat, and finally through CM with the casino managers.

Right now I am still in limbo. What do you consider reasonable? Obviously 9-14 days is NOT reasonable!

May I ask who are the software providers of these casinos and how long does it state on their website cashouts usually take?

The one pending for 14 days is with Shark Casino. They send eChecks unless you call them and request a Neteller withdrawal. This is for US players only and I just found it out. I called them to make it through Neteller a week ago and was told them didn't have anything to do with withdrawals. Steve has been working on this for me.

Today my withdrawal requested on 12/13 was posted to my checking account. I have another one pending since 12/15.

Their web site states this for eChecks:
Use our electronic check service just like your paper checks. Fill out the required information and we send it to your bank to be processed like a paper check, only electronically. It's direct deposits made easy for U.S. based customers. Your account will be funded instantly!

Note: My docs have been on file with them for sometime so that isn't an issue.

The other one is Hype. They normally were taking 24 to 48 hours to process their withdrawals. Then it has gotten into the 10 day range. Again I have contacted the casino manager through CM. I keep emailing support and get a form letter response they will answer me within 24 hours. That period passes with no response. I talk with live chat and they tell me accounting is closed.

This is Hype's policy. It is sort of ambiguous.
At Hype we thrive on achieving the highest level of satisfaction for all players and we are committed to our players receiving their winnings as fast as possible.

You can cash out at anytime through our banking interface, just click the 'Cashier' button and follow the prompts.

Your winnings will automatically be paid back to your original purchase method where possible.

For further information on how to receive your winnings please contact customer support.

Hype gives you the option to have your withdrawals paid to Neteller. That is the one I have requested. With Hype it is 5 days and counting. I have 11 withdrawals pending with them. That is the oldest right now. The last withdrawals I received from them took 5 and 9 days.

IMHO: Cashouts to NETeller (for established players) should take no longer than 24 hours. (Yeah right, in my dreams.) 24 - 48 hr is ok. After 3 days I start getting anxious. By 4 days I'm ill as a hornet. I can see no reason to take that long to process payment to someone's NETeller account. A deposit takes 2 seconds, and yet withdrawals take days?? Come oooonnn....

I'm waiting on my first withdrawal at Hype. Unfortunately, I didn't send documents right away. No telling when my measley $400 will show up. They're losing money, because I won't deposit and play there till I get my withdrawal. And even though I like their cute little games, I don't like waiting more than 3 days for a withdrawal, so I may not play there again.

Shark has been mentioned a bit too often for comfort lately. Not sure what's going on there, but I'm staying away. Heck, I'm taking a break from RTG altogether.

Hope you get your withdrawals soon.

Casinos are you listening?? It shouldn't be like pulling teeth for a player to get a withdrawal processed!!

Ive been waiting 5 days for trident lounge, not acceptable, neteller deposit in seconds, then they make you wait.

To answer your question - I think anything above 48hrs for it leaving the casino and on the way to you is scandalous.

With the WagerWorks lot, if you withdraw back to your debit card - it's instant. Now, that's not to say you get your money instantly (as UK banks take three days to show the amount back in), but it's "left" the casino instantly if that makes sense? I've never withdrawn to Neteller - can anyone tell me if this is instant at WagerWorks also?

The same can be said for CryptoLogic. If you withdraw on your debit card - it instantly gets processed and arrives in three days. Again - I've never withdrawn to Neteller so I don't know.

Whilst I'm here - I've got another question :D

If you withdraw from 32RED to Neteller, and it's flushed or cleared the 'reverse' period - is that the same as a debit/credit transaction - and you have to wait for it to be manually processed? When it is manually processed, does it arrive in your account immediately? I've got a problem at the minute (that I'll save for another time!) - but was just wondering how that works as I've only ever used debit cards in the past.

Is this the same for all MG casino's?

I'm trying a different bankroll method this year (call it my new year resolution ;)) - and it involves depositing 'cash' - whilst building up a bankroll in Neteller... If I ever get the casino's to comply, I'll let you know how it goes!!!

Well I am no longer playing anywhere until I have all my withdrawals in my Neteller. I am depositing now from my debit card since all my money is in those withdrawals. It is over 11k!!!!!! That is probably why I haven't seen it yet.

So I will boycott until it is all paid to the penny. No more screenshots for me for a while.

Happy New Year!

I have been waiting since the 27th for a cashout from Villento (the cashout was actually made on the 26th). Kind of annoyed/worried as they've always been fast in the past. Was going to email or hop on live chat sometime today, but ended up travelling to do some shopping and then gambling at our B&M casino.. haven't been home long and figure anyone from that department will be off now until Tuesday anyways.

Like an idiot I gave them a few hundred back via instacash too, but they aren't getting another red cent until I see my money and to be honest, I might not play at all for a while. I don't get why casino's believe it's acceptable to keep a player waiting for 4+ days when deposits take a few seconds. Withdrawls should take less than 12, but MAX 48 hours and if its going to take longer than 48 hours the casino's should get off their butts and send an email explaining why.

Couldn't have said it better myself Jenn! I would love to know the reason my withdrawals are sitting. After all the longer time they take to get my money back to me the longer it will be before they see anymore of it!

Don't call! Send money!

VILLENTO VERY SLOW TO PAY

I deposited $50.00 via Echeck on the 21st withdrew $500.00 sameday Via ACH.

Told I had to wait 7 days until the $50.00 was received by the casino.

Echeck is processed by Citadel, The $50.00 left my bank account already, plus I believe the casino receives the money upfront from citadel.

I have to wait 7 working days? for the $450.00 I won?

I am totally sick of this. I will not play there until this policy changes.

Psshh, you guys don't know slow-pays. Yes, I'm talking about you, Cirrus. They state up to 10 business days for a withdrawal, and I've had them take longer.

I suppose the only thing a player can do is reward the casinos that take us seriously and penalize those that do not. Simply don't play at those casinos that take more than 48 hours to process our deposits. End of story. Taking into account of course the first withdrawal which may require documents from the player.

After the initial withdrawal and all docs being submitted if a casino can't get your withdrawal to you within 24-48 hours then I say don't deposit until they get their act together.

I think emailing each casino as you run into this problem to let them know until their withdrawals methods are refined you will not be playing with them anymore. After all do you think they would let us play if we told me we would get that deposit to them in seven days. And oh yes, if you email me about said deposit wondering where it is after the 7th day I might get back to within 24 hours.

We wouldn't be playing at too many casinos me thinks.

I have a 48 hr Neteller policy.

I dont play at ANY casino where my money isnt in my Neteller account within 48 hours - NO exceptions.

An RTG place I played at for a while have a 4 business day Neteller cashout, and I did email the manager to express my displeasure at this timeframe and point out that other RTG pay within 1-24 hours, and some even instantly. The manager replied stating that they were one of the fastest in the industry and that 'other players who have deposited over $50k are very happy with the 4 day timeframe'. 'Nuff said.

My piddly deposit amounts obviously dont mean much, but if all of us had a 48 hr cashout policy then some casinos might take notice and start providing a better service.

Happy New Year y'all!!

Hi Addisyn, I totally agree with everyone else. Way too long to wait for a cashout(s).

To the person (sorry, Winna12) who posted about waiting five days with King Neptune's, there is a Trident Lounge rep on the board here, her name is Micki. Go to "Casino Contacts" at the top of the forum and scroll down til you see Micki and/or Trident Lounge/King Neptune's. Send her a PM (private message). Perhaps she can expedite matters for you. Edited to add the link to her profile: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/

Footdr, I responded in your "complaint" thread. Unfortunately, a seven day waiting/clear period on ECheck deposits is pretty standard for any casino. You may get the occasional one will make an exception, but be prepared to wait for your withdrawal til it clears.

Jenn, I'm a bit disturbed about your situation with Villento. Like you, I've found them to be extremely quick. Did you let your cashout sit for the 24 hr. pending period, or did you have it "flushed"? If it sat, they had two business days to process your withdrawal back to Neteller. If it were flushed they've had three. Either way, it's long enough for them. Have you contacted them, and if so, what did they say? Thanks.

And Addy, good luck getting that moolah. I'd be climbing the walls if I had
11K coming to me!! I wish...... :) As to Hype, contact one of our forum members Kwblue...he/she seems to know someone there and if I remember correctly, they helped another poster on this board with a cashout from Hype.

Done. But I just don't think there's going to be much 'expediting' done till holidays are over. LOL

Here I am with my undies in a knot over a $400 cashout, and poor Addisyn has $11k in limbo. Hope you get your money soon, Addisyn.

I am fairly confident Hype will pay me. They are just losing out on me putting my money back into my casino account since I have it all tied up in those withdrawals. Hoping of course to get most of it to my checking account sometime in the very near future.

Emailed them again and got the same automatic response a representative would contact me within 24 hours. Well that is now 72 hours since my first email. Their accounting department must all be on vacation.

I do know Shark Casino's staff is gone for a whole week. Their manager told me if the withdrawal wasn't processed last Friday then I wouldn't see it for a while. I really want to play but I don't want to have anymore money just lounging out there in cyberspace.

How can these casinos operate taking a week off? Las Vegas never sleeps! Figured it would be the same time for an online casino.

Thanks pinababy 69,i have pmd micki and hopefully i will see my cash soon.

YW, but it sucks that you are probably all out of luck until Tuesday the 2nd at the earliest. I doubt that anyone in management or accounting will be around at any of these places. I agree with Addisyn...if these casinos want people to deposit 24/7, then they should have management/financial available the same hours. And a promotions dept. also. JMO.

Hey Pina, yeah it disturbed me too. They are supposed to be one of the good ones. Perhaps someone reads the board, because I just looked and my money is in my Neteller, and on a Saturday to boot. I hadn't had a chance to email them yet, and I am still considering emailing them and letting them know that 3 day cashouts are NOT ok! I didn't have it flushed, and initiated the withdrawl early in the AM on the 26th. So it cleared on the 27th, early AM. I expected the money on the 28th, and just now got it on the 30th. At any rate, 3 days is unacceptable to me... if it happens again this casino will be losing a customer I'm afraid. I'm all for second chances, but not 3rd.

There are sooo many reasons NOT to play at cirrus, but you just named a biggie. 10 days to get your money? Why in the world would anyone want to knowingly do that? Takes seconds to get yours, but 10 DAYS to give some back? I don't think so!

Re

Casino rewards had me wait 6 days for an instadebit request, as the said that they had to wait for it to clear their bank as well. Then they only refunded the deposit and and I had to a wait a couple more days for the winnings. In the end it took almost 2 weeks, so I will not be playing there again..

Glad to hear it Jen!! Maybe they had someone working in financial after all!! And yeah, I think they read the board, lol. I agree, a one time thing, especially during the holidays, can be forgiven. But it should be the exception rather than the rule.

lol pina, probably true - I figured someone might read the board and it might quicken things up a bit.. heh. I do agree that because it's the holiday's I will assume it will be a one time thing - so far Villento has been very good to me other than this little glitch, so we'll move on and be confident that their excellent service will continue.

Easy, you are one brave hombre. I would not play there if the bonus said 1000% no playthroughs. I've seen them rip off way too many people in the past, and 10 days to pay people is just unbelieveably wrong. I am a firm believer in all of us banning together to stop supporting outfits like that so that they either shape up, or ship out! But, to each their own, and all I'll say is good luck getting your cash and I wish you great luck on your spins wherever you choose to play!

Play at Bodog....I cashed out the other day and received my funds back into my Neteller account within TWO MINUTES.....Unbeliveable !!

BODOG..............
