PAB in progress Novibet Withdrawal

Hey everyone!
I am a noob when it comes to gambling, but I love the excitement once in a while. I’ve joined this online Casino Novibet. It had good reviews in Canada. I’ve lost 3000$ to win it back the day after. My account is verified with ID and bank account statement. So I asked a withdrawal of 3000$.. it’s been on pending for the past 7 days… i’ve read horror’s stories about websites not paying. I’ve contacted their live chat every day and facebook team. All they tell me is being patient and my withdrawal is being reviewed by their payment team department. What I don’t understand is I did another withdrawal of 75$ and it took 3-4h? Now 3000$ takes forever. Is it a common practice? Because its a big amount? Anyway, let me know if anyone had a similar situation. Getting nervous

As you will know from having read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures, posting in public while you have an active PAB is a violation of your PAB obligations.

At this point, you'll need to choose between posting publicly on this OR having us pursue your PAB for you.

Bank IBAN through their payment service Trustly. Is showing as completed now on my Novi account but still not in bank. I really don't know what to think

I lived in Ireland as a kid so don't know if the banking system is the same as UK as I wasn't there as an adult. Do you have faster payments, are transfers usually instant?

If the transfer is from a global novibet version then perhaps an international transfer takes longer and if has actually been sent.

That's it. I don't know and the stuff they said hasn't added up, even one advisor saying I'll get an email from the payments team now to say it's processed. I've used Skybet and paddy power, and both go instant when I withdraw. You could be right, it could be due to international, I don't know. I do know they made me jump through hoops. Like I had to verify my id, then my address. Told the KYC process was complete and all good, only to them have to go through the hoops again when I had to verify my bank account. I'm sceptical because anytime I've heard of these type of delay bookie tactics it's always a bad result. I'm not one to fuck around though. I've contacted the payments company they use as they give you a payments receipt and they have given me advice on what to do if it doesn't come through. The owner and founder is easily tracked on LinkedIn so I'll be calling him out on that if I need to. The money is small. It's the principal of the matter now. I'm not letting it go without some satisfaction or paid.

Well if you haven't received it a week or two from now, you can utilise the PAB service here at casinomeister. Novibet seem like they can be hit and miss with complaints so probably still worth a shot.
