I am struggling to get my money from happyspins casino for 2 week i won 5200 euros and took 2000 of them but still struggling to get the rest for 2 weeks.
They dont respond to their emails when they respond they keep asking bank statement which i am sending everyday.
They even closed my account for sending them many email for begging where my money is.
What should i do please somebody help me.
I’ve sent all my documents to them 2 3 times and verified by them 2 3 times.
I’ve sent email to them many times but they never respond to my emails

@Sadness : we do expect you to read, understand and comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures which includes no further posting on this topic here at Casinomeister until we've finished our work on your case.

Sorry to bang on about this but failing to follow the PAB Rules is likely to waste your time and ours. Nobody wants that so please, just read the Rules.
