Help I need information

    Does anyone know can casinos monitor demo play on slots I have been accused of transferring demo money into real money (I wish I could ) and I'm being refused withdrawal because of it.
    I would be really be greatfull if anyone knows wether a casino can actually monitor demo play spins or if they keep a record. Because this accusation is so beyond a joke it's unreal. I don't want to mention which online company as I am currently dealing with a adr and commencing legal proceedings any info would be very much appreciated xxx

    My winnings were confiscated cos I'd not washed my hair for 2 days, whatever next will these casinos come up with, had to be a none accredited place, surely :what:

    Sorry I'd rather not say at the moment but it's probably the largest gambling company in uk at the moment
    So it's a massive firm i just need to know wether it is even possible to track demo play on accounts so I can end this asap

    Basically it's a 5 figure win they have stalled me for 6months and are taking there time to reply to ibas I have video footage of my wins and screenshots so it proves I wasn't in demo mode so I just need to know can they monitor demo play and if so isolate to certain IP address so they can't just make things up and rob me blind

    I would say it is impossible for anyone to transfer demo money into real play.

    Reading between the lines: Are you claiming you had a big win in real money play, but the casino is saying that you did not, and that your "video evidence" was made during "fun mode" play?

    Ok long story short I had a 10day lucky streak I didn't win everyday but in the end my winnings reached 6 figures all in real play I did not once play in demo mode nor did I opt any bonuses they paid me my first 20k fine the rest on the other hand they came up with this theory of how I won. The site I played on didn't even have a demo option on any of the games which were Pharos fortune and Cleopatra plus and Cleopatra. They claim I manipulated game play which I don't even know what they are talking about. The only thing that ever happened during my gameplay was sometimes when I reached my bonus round the feauture would freeze I'm sure you have experienced this before anyway the site and customer services tell you to log out and back in and you gameplay would resume so that's what i did t then hey claim I never had them bonus rounds and so voided all my winnings. So that's where I stand my videos are from real play mode not demo I have never played in demo mode before as this site doesn't have that option

    If all of this is true( and I have no reason to not believe you) then I would guess that this casino is acting totally illegally. Not unlawfully,but Illegally.
    The UKGC would utterly hammer them and you should seek legal action.

    Yeah that's what I thought but I've already gone through ukgc they made them reply to ibas straight away as it took them 4 months to respond to one email which is completely disregarded of code of conduct but that's all so far I've seemed legal advice and they said to wait ibas ruling first

    Sorry I forgot to mention they haven't seen my video footage yet I kept it to myself to see what they would say to ibas now that have started replying on a more consistent basis to ibas.
    I did this as a trump card so what ever rubbish they said so far to them this will show how badly they have acted to try and not pay me. I sent the video to ibas this week hopefully this will end this saga

    I would love to pm someone so it's not on the forum so they can see the whole process of what happened with all the complaints procedure timeline it took to respond ,videos, pictures and transcripts basically from the very beginning but I got to be carefull who I send it to

    When ibas make there ruling whether I win or not I will be taking legal proceedings then I will use the media outlets to shame them I've already emailed the CEO gave him the option to pay me my £**000 and I won't press charges and won't shame them but no reply from him at all

    With regard to your video footage and sending it to a trusted member, I'd approach Max (the PAB manager here at CM)

    Ask first via a brief PM, see how he feels about it maybe......

    Well here's the long story
    I've played on this website for many years without actually not saying I've never won but just never drew a large amount out as I'm a bad gambler.
    So Boxing Day last year I logged and I won playing Pharos fortune around 11k best Christmas gift ever so I withdrew 8k which was fine I left 3k inside afterwards I carried on playing and lost it back
    Next day I played again and again I lost now come New Year's Eve I deposited a further 350 played Pharos again I won a few thousand again from which I played many many more games like piggy wizard top cat jungle jackpots roulette black jack .
    I won around 20k extra I withdrew a further 16k and carried on playing the rest over next few days.
    Again the withdrawal went through fine I won around 24k since Christmas they gave me a go pro through the accumulated points I was a very happy customer
    I played a few more days again and lost a little back then I had a huge win on Cleopatra plus around the 7th of January the bonus paid £28000 only before I entered the bonus round it crashed after I picked my symbols and did not reach the reels screen so as I have done in the past I logged out logged back in and resumed my bonus and I won few more bonuses in the next few hours
    So I withdrew another 16k again and waited for it to clear this is when the problem started I waited a few days for it to clear and it never did they said it's normal for big wins for security checks which I was fine with no problem I still had plenty to play with I carried on playing Cleopatra plus the next few days as the bonus was unreal I've never won so much off a bonus before after around 3 days of losing I finally hit another big bonus again this time I won over 40k. So I proceeded to play roulette blackjack rainbow riches everything else etc I won upto 60. On roulette I nearly lost all of it back I was down to about 9k but I got upto 60 so I stopped because I was losing reality. And so I decided to draw it all out in case I lost it all trust me I nearly did
    Back to my withdrawals they were not clearing and it had been over a week now I rang up and they said it was still being checked again I was fine.... until I logged in to check the process of them and it said my account was frozen I rang up customer services and they said don't worry everything is fine it's normal for big wins to make sure everything is ok so I took there word for it until it got to about 20 days still no money and can't log in I called everyday and they said it was fine still until finally after near 6 weeks they finally emailed stating while I was playing in demo mode I manipulated an error in their system to transfer big wins from demo play to real play and so ground out winnings to over 100k and once they found the error they proceeded to close my account as I broke there t and cs in errors and omissions and I should have told them about this error. Excuse my Chinese but w*** *** **** what error are they even talking about. I called the manager of the casino and he told when I reached my bonus rounds my stake was not taken so the wins are void. I replied how can this be I have cleary stakes money and if so where had my bonuses gone. I told them about the game crashes on bonus which I'm sure many of you have experienced this during gameplay they told me what to do so I did so basically from that round when the bonus crashed all winnings from then were voided
    Wow after weeks of emotional stress and sleepless nights they come up with this crap they say I'm barred from companies linked with them and am not permitted to hold an account with them

    This is just the start I immediately went to ibas filed a dispute form which was early February they didn't respond to them for 4 months and they only did when I called up ukgc I told them of the case and situation I was in and finally they responded with the same statement they gave me and that's all so far nothing else I call ibas evry other day to see what the happening and they say they just waiting for information from them. Oh I forgot to mention they refuse to give me my statements of gameplay so I can't even see what has happened or wether my stake was actually taken or not
    So I found a solicitor and explained the situation sent all the information I had and they were happy to take the case but they told me to wait for ibas ruling first as it is my best option right now. Believe me find a local solicitor who deals in this industry who will work for the punter is very hard and very expensive
    So now your all caught up this is still a short version of events but that's what happened I'm not trying to win anyone over or make anyone take sides this is just exactly what happened
    Like I said there is no such thing as demo play on this site on the games I was playing I've waited over 6 months for my money and I feel it's not progressing anywhere even with my video and screen shots I don't know where i stand I've never done this before. Surely they need proof I was playing in demo mode actual physical proof of my spins demo mode which there wasn't any don't they that's why I asked does anyone know can casinos monitor demo play and can they produce history of demonplay spins or are they just trying to rob me blind
