I have been accused of transferring demo money into real money (I wish I could ) and I'm being refused withdrawal because of it.

AS if this is in anyway possible,
If so I would be transferring thousands on a daily basis

Sounds like this casino is clutching at straws to avoid payout.

William Hill do not have demo play on their slots when logged in. Ladbrokes do not have demo play on netent slots. Thats two of the main sites right away that do not have Demo play.

I don't know why these big firms don't ever respond even to governing bodies if they had concrete proof surely they of sent that evidence to ibas straight away and case closed ibas would rule in there favour instead they ignored them for 5months and still ibas need more info off them in order to make a ruling and I don't know if that's to my benefit or to theirs why are they allowing more time to a company that ignored there requests for months this is why punters get frustrated and fed with there awful code of conduct it makes you think are some adr biased or favour business over customer. If I didn't inform the ukgc both parties would of just let this drag on for god knows how long
