Hi guys
CasinoCubed is in a SOFT LAUNCH mode--CM was kind enough to bring us on as Baptism by Fire, and so it lives up to its name.
We're taking onboard all your input and you'll see your influences in the new rules in the next couple of days. Our goal is to be as transparent and communicative as anyone, and live up to our tag line "The Fairest of Them All."
Because our goal IS to play fair with members who play fair with us. Only way to play it, we reckon. But still we do occasionally create overly onerous sounding rules to put off the scamsters so prevalent in the game. You, as known CM members, can always put a word in the wonderful Laura's ear (and there is NO casino manager more devoted to her customers guys, none) and we'll get you straightened out.
So watch this space, continue to blast ANY area where we need improvement--although the team is VERY experienced, it IS a new brand and we will have some wrinkles to iron out. Hang in there--and we'll show you how a real online casino is run for US players.
Billy
Sorry but those T&C's absolutely do not state that the $25 deposit will have added WR attached.
See my earlier post.
That does not put off the Hamsters (I couldn't find a definition for scamster) it just entraps players by offering something as a
no deposit bonus that then requires a deposit! and not only that you then force an extra hidden and completely unfair WR on them.
You obviously have a different interpretation of what being transparent means to me and the rest of the forum.
Since it seems your CS was keen to enforce a T&C that does not even exist despite being informed otherwise namely an added WR of the verification deposit (20XWR bonus+deposit on a
no deposit bonus of $10 is $200 end of - a little logic can go a long way) I would say these are some very deep wrinkles.
I can imagine players being even more thrilled after losing the $10 and depositing $25
without a bonus only to find that they have a $500 WR to complete (with restrictions) or are you only penalising winning players with this imaginary term plucked from Satan's bottom?
"Fairest of them all", you say - was that not the wicked Queen?
Things get even worse when eventually it seems you are prepared to make exceptions to this non existent T&C for our beloved community.
I guess if you don't have a voice, tough!
So that is the negative what about the positive?
Well obviously Bryan must of seen something in you to consider you for the accredited list and you in turn must of known how important your launch would be and it is hard to believe you would of deliberately come up with this ND turd as a scam. (not much of a positive but I am trying)
A more positive thing is that you are here on these boards and reading and hopefully taking the criticism in and using it constructively.
It is beyond me how an "experienced team" can screw something up, such as this ND promo, so absolutely but you are not the First and won't be the last.
Everyone deserves a Second chance.
You need to get these no deposit T&C's sorted Yesterday or scrap the promo completely.
Also having a $1000 a Week maximum withdrawal limit hurts you enormously.
I accept a new operation can have cash-flow issues and I would sooner this restriction and everyone gets paid rather than a higher limit and non payment - do not pass go - rogue pit.
An inauspicious beginning but let's see how you react.
EDIT:
Just read Mikey's post as he posted as I was writing.
So he got his deposit returned - good.
What I object to is the patronising way he is made to feel as if he can not read the T&C's or interpret them correctly.
The problem is the T&C's are bogus!
