Just sharing this for info, rubbed me the wrong way - claiming no fees in the first place and the evasive answer when I queried it.

Note they did cash me out quickly there are certainly worse casinos, but FYI.

20/05/2026 16:57] Player: Hey thanks for the quick cashout but what fees do you guys charge?

[20/05/2026 16:58] Player: It says no fees but I withdrew 5033 USDT and got 4997

[20/05/2026 16:59] VIP Manager: Good day my friend! We don't charge any withdrawal fees on our end. The difference you received is most likely due to blockchain/network fees or conversion fees charged by the receiving wallet or exchange.

[20/05/2026 17:00] Player: It's not conversion fees that's the amount it hit the blockchain at

[20/05/2026 17:02] VIP Manager: I can request the transaction hash for this withdrawal my friend, so you can review the breakdown. Please note that gas fees may also be deducted depending on the payment provider or blockchain network used.

[20/05/2026 17:03] Player: etherscan .io/tx/xxx

[20/05/2026 17:03] Player: That's the tx

[20/05/2026 17:03] Player: Gas fees are cents at the moment

[20/05/2026 17:04] Player: 2 cents in this case

[20/05/2026 17:05] VIP Manager: Understood my friend. Ill go ahead and coordinate this with Payments team to confirm exactly where the deduction came from.

[20/05/2026 17:06] Player: Thanks

[20/05/2026 17:06] VIP Manager: I'll get back to you as soon as i have an update from them. Appreciate you mate!

[20/05/2026 17:06] Player: Thanks

[20/05/2026 17:52] VIP Manager: Hello my friend, I've coordinated this with our payments team and after reviewing the transaction hash, the withdrawal was processed on the Ethereum (ERC-20) network and the full amount sent from our side was correctly broadcast on-chain.

The difference between the requested withdrawal (5,033.316737 USDT) and the received amount (4,997 USDT) is due to network gas and transaction fees applied at the time of execution.

You may refer to your transaction hash, where the gas and transaction fees are reflected as being deducted.

[20/05/2026 18:20] Player: It shows the gas fees as 0.02?

[20/05/2026 18:23] VIP Manager: That is the Transaction Fee my friend. You can also see the Gas Price below that.

[20/05/2026 18:24] Player: Yes the gas price works out to approximately 2 cents

[20/05/2026 18:24] Player: It's a fee either charged by yourself or a processing partner if you don't do it in house, transparently the full amount wasn't sent to the blockchain

[20/05/2026 18:25] VIP Manager: Let me double check on that for you my friend.

[20/05/2026 19:45] VIP Manager: Apologies for the delay on this my friend. We would need more time to investigate on this. Rest assured that I will get back to you as soon as possible.

[20/05/2026 20:07] Player: Thanks

[21/05/2026 01:57] VIP Manager: Hi my friend, after checking with financial team this how the computation was

withdraw amount 5,033.316737 USDT
Euro Conversion after deduction - 4334.39 EUR

4347.40 Euro (amount conversion at the time of withdrawal) - 13.01 euro (Commision amount) = 4,334.39 EUR

Total Remaining 4334.39 Euro

[21/05/2026 09:49] Player: Why is there a EUR conversion? My wallet and play are all USDT

[21/05/2026 09:50] Player: You don't even offer a EUR wallet that I can see

[21/05/2026 10:42] VIP Manager: Thank you for your patience, my friend. We've now fully transitioned to crypto, so there is euro conversion to help you understand the equivalent values of crypto in euros.

[21/05/2026 10:44] Player: It's a fee you're charging, which the business should be honest about rather than claiming there isn't one - no conversion has actually happened.

[21/05/2026 10:46] VIP Manager: Oh you are pertaining to the charge, I'm sorry if I misunderstood

[21/05/2026 10:47] VIP Manager: The charges come form the payment provider as gas fees

[21/05/2026 10:47] Player: I'm talking about the missing $36 from my cashout, you're claiming you charge no fees but that is a fee

[21/05/2026 10:48] Player: There is no actual currency conversion happening

[21/05/2026 10:50] VIP Manager: Our Chancer platform does not charge fees. Charges are coming from the payment provider my friend.

[21/05/2026 10:55] Player: That might be true (I have no way of knowing) if you're not processing in house but it's completely misleading to claim no fees when a substantial fee is charged, you're responsible for your processors if you outsource

[21/05/2026 10:56] Player: I'll post this chat anyway think players should know

I cannot comment on your specific case but transacting USDT on the ERC-20 network can get expensive at times so that will probably explain the difference.

I’d suggest using USDT on the SOL network as fees are normally fractions of a cent. To do this you will need a small holding of Solana to cover the transfer fees.

It doesn't explain the difference in this case, ERC20 is very cheap these days - 2 cents for that transaction.

I don't have a problem with sites charging a withdrawal fee though if they're transparent about it, problem in this case is that they're advertising not doing.

Seems they're ripping you off and you should take your chancers elsewhere.

My main out uses a 3rd party (or so they claim) for crypto and charges ~2% on withdrawals.... which is why I don't withdraw crypto there. Is that what they mean by payment provider? That they're using a 3rd party (or pretending to).

They say they're using an external processor, probably they really are it's pretty common but they're responsible for any fees charged to players if so.

My problem isn't really the fee. $36 is a nuts fee for a USDT transfer but it's their prerogative if they really want to do that - the issue is they're not honest about it. Firstly they claim no fees on the site, then when challenged on why it was charged produce some nonsense about a EUR conversion that doesn't exist rather than acknowledging it.
