Guts Support & KYC Document Request

I noticed also long delays, especially when you send them emails.
Also their doc processing is not too fast.

Unfortunately mate we are all not flush :) and 2k would be a dream to withdraw

Never happened for me at Guts....Yet :p

Just showing the comparison lol.

That biggie the other weekend was in euros, damn conversion rates lol :(

On another note, did you get Dr V offer today mate, very unusual for em to send emails on A Sunday :what:

Yes mate 50%? gone and busted, Any offer from them is good as not tied in

I an withdraw 2k anywhere else and pay zero fee.

But any site charging £2.50 to withdraw is a joke. Love to know what lame excuse they have for this

offset by wager free free spins as I understand it.

That would be the case if it is your first withdrawal of the day/week/month, depending on casino.

There are only very few which never charge for any withdrawals.

Disagree, all the bookmaker sites charge zero to withdraw, Infact paddy power for example i can deposit 5 and withdraw non stop. And every other casino i have played on bar rizk also don't charge.

It's just pure greed.

3 places I play at 90% of the time and not a fee, There is on one of them but the first of the day is free, And can hold my breath the time it takes to get my money,

I have no quibbles with a small charge but when that charge works out at 12.5% it sounds very high,

Still waiting them to verify me... Its really annoying if i compare it to casinos like chancehill and tradacasino, verification process took there under 5minutes.
Also their livechat, IF you manage to speak with someone is pretty bad.
And like i said earlier .. 24hours are minimum what it takes them to reply .
There is also lots of cases when i send them email, wait 24hours, go to livechat asking why it takes so long, and i get replied "support allready closed your ticket as resolved". Even i never got any answers.

Here's my collection:

- VS --> 1 free withdrawal / day, $2.50 for subsequent withdrawals on the same day
- Bet-At/Slotty --> all withdrawals free
- CL/Next --> 1 free withdrawal/week, EUR2.50 for subsequent withdrawals in the same week
- Guts/Betspin/Rizk --> $2.50 for every withdrawal
- Energy --> 1 free withdrawal/week, EUR10 for subsequent withdrawals in the same week
- Mr. Green --> all withdrawals free
- Redbet --> all withdrawals free

How people can even justify Casino's changing for a withdrawal is beyond me, like they don't make enough already....its greed, end of.

I don't really care about 2.50 charge for withdrawals if its a good win :)

I don't care either as i just withdraw a little extra to cover the casino fee, e-wallet currency exchange fee and on top ATM fees if i plan to withdraw a part from an ATM with the Ecopayz or Neteller debit card.

However, i do expect fast processing, not just "average Joe".

That's what I do, I withdraw a bit extra as well to cover fees. If I like the Casino and I do love Guts I don't worry about fees as long as it's not a $10 withdrawal fee lol

They pay quick, I trust them and had some good luck there as well :)

I remember cashing out a little higher amount at Nordicbet and had to pay $30 for it to Neteller.

That I call a high fee, not $2.50.

The casino are paying for both our deposits and cashouts. We do far more deposits than cashouts so I think it's fair.
I doubt they would be able to give us wager free free spins or the special promotion they have now all months without it.
I could pay more to be able to get that great offer.

Or Energy, before we brought it up here in the forum and they now have a flat EUR10 for second withdrawals. Before it was unlimited 2.5% and the max. amount / withdrawal was EUR 2300.

My last one from them was 5400$, first $2300 free, rest 2.5% = $77.5 :eek: ...that was pretty shocking.

With the massive amount of online casinos available today everybody can vote where to play and whether they want to pay fees.

70 fee wow too high, how did you manage that lol

Playing in euros and withdrew about 1,700 (in euros) so had to pay 'conversion' fees to get it to £(GBP)

Was from that very lucky Rhino hit last weekend (video in WV section in case you missed it :p)

Best part is Skrill ATM Mastercard only allows daily withdrawals of £180 so took several visits to turn numbers on my screen into cold hard cash, each transaction at the cash point also cost around £2.50, so another £20 or so in fee's there :eek:

Not complaining for one second really, would pay fees all day, every day, would mean I'm winning, winning, winning :D

Anyone happy to e paying a withdrawal fee is either got too much money to care, or too emotionally connected to a casino. It's never fair or right though.

As others have mentioned it's a withdrawal fee on top of already paying a fee with e wallets such as Jon mentions taking out with the Skrill Card, yes the casinos pay for a deposit/withdrawal but we also can pay for withdrawal too to see the colour of the money infront of us, without having extras on top. How many deposits end up withdrawals, I could understand if it was being abused such as putting £10 in and taking £15/20 out everytime but for the majority of players when we do finally get the chance to get a withdrawal I like to not be charged by the casino, even if that £2.50 at the time is irrelevant to what I have just won, it's a principle thing.

I need to find a better way to withdrawal, bank takes $30 for transfer suppose to be $15 but they say it bounces off another bank that charges $15 also and I have 6 or more a month, so good profit for them also, pisses me off.

But e wallets the ones I try wont let me sign up cause of a screw up with instadebit like 20 years ago lol. Wish i could find a solution, banks winning more than I am.
