I’ve read around the forums regarding KYC and withdrawal issues at N1 casino, and unfortunately had to start this year by having my first ”real” issue with that.

I’ve had an account there for over a year, and never actually withdrew anything from them until today. Deposited €15, played for a bit and got it up to €200.

I then initiated a withdrawal for the first time, and as usual I got hit with KYC, and went ahead and submitted everything via HooYu as they use that system to verify documents.

Uploaded all documents, and almost immediately got notified that everything got rejected, either because of blurriness or because a document was too old, when they were all fine in my end, and documents were no more than a month old.

I then tried to submit them via livechat, but the chat rep said I have to use email, went to submit them to their support email, waited for an hour and only then did the same support rep tell me that I now have to wait for their financial team to check the documents (???) and wait for a manual withdrawal, as I asked them to also close my account due to this laughably bad KYC run.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a casino. I submitted IDENTICAL documents at @Winz.io casino when I first withdrew there, and they were all verified in less than 10 minutes.

Does anyone know how long this will take, and when can I expect to see my money?

@N1 Partners Group please check this out for me. Support couldn’t do anything to help me, and stalled the entire process for over an hour.

I have to add that I’ve ALWAYS had problems with the HooYu verification, no matter how I take the pictures.

I use an iPhone 13 Pro so there is literally no way the pictures are blurry or unreadable, as I can just double check them before sending.

These issues are also the reason I immediately sugggest the possibility of sending all docs manually, because I just cannot get them to work via HooYu.

This same issue happened at LeoVegas, but their reps allowed me to send the docs manually, and everything was done and dusted in 30 mins or so. I just cannot legitimately understand why N1 has me jumping through arbitrary hoops when this whole process can be done in minutes at best.

The only time I’ve had KYC issues prior to this case, was with Casumo, but even that was smooth after their livechat told me specifically what to submit.

I know this isn't news to you but you're welcome to file a PAB on this. As you know we have pretty good results with N1 getting player issues settled. We're here if you need us.

Thanks Max, I’ll gladly give them a day or two, and if nothing happens, I’ll move forward with a PAB. :)

Exact same issue.Never withdrawn or tried to get verified few deposits 3 at the most. Now N1casino require SOW or closure of account.

They require SOW after one deposit what leads to withdrawal.. so if you dont want to go through that dont play here
