Guts platform migration

Thanks for your help! Money has been located. I hope you guys get up and running smoothly quickly and it's not too many headaches for you guys and I want to contact you guys once you do. :)
 
Okay update time.

Managed to deposit fine using chrome but IE doesn't work for me. So anyone else having difficulties depositing using IE switch to a different browser and it should work.

LOL My life story! Set chrome as your default browser and you will run into a lot less trouble on the internet :) IMO
 
Looks like everything is running smoothly here apart from one minor glitch(at least on my side)
i dont have any games avalible :D
anyway looking forward to have a run at you guys when all up and running.:)

Looks like I spoke to soon, no issue with Chrome, only IE (by habit only, what a joke IE is)
 
Attempted to make a deposit....got taken to a screen with the web address "gutsornuts/en" :confused:

Tried again....got taken to my Mastercard 3D secure, which is what was supposed to happen.

Put in my Nth, Nth and Nth characters of my password. Clicked submit.

Screen went blank. Waited to see if something would happen to confirm a successful deposit. nothing happened.

I don't know if it's gone out of my bank account or not. But it certainly hasn't gone into my GUTS account.

Went to live chat to seek advice. And I've been number 1 in the queue with an approximate wait time of 1 minute....for the last 20 minutes

Not at all happy. Or impressed.:(:mad:
 
I wanted to play after having my account reopened , had to wait 7 days ..did that deposited with visa , the funds came out of my account but never showed up in my casino balance. CHAT says wait it out maybe tomorrow they will show...nice. picked wrong time to come back to GUTS obviously.
 
I am pissed as well, they just took $102 off my card and its not there, they shouldnt be accepting deps before making sure the system is working.

I just suggested that maybe they should disable deposits until their issues are solved, I knew I should have waited, due to bank card restrictions in Canada I use a prepaid card, what a hassle to have to go and reload it to play elsewhere.

As much as I am not happy with the process or lack there of Guts is one place you do not have to worry about having your money floating around, it will show.
 
Just deposited for the first time in a while, trying to play DOA and the game keeps going 'unavailable' or I get the error 522 message :mad:

Yep, just got punted too, cant even access the site now.

Edit: Its back now, I will say when working the games were much faster, lost my money way quicker :)

Edit: And down again, seems some bugs still to be worked out.
 
We all knew this would of happened, Nothing is easy,

But my original post was ment to say, any person has any questions than fire on, There is bound to be a few hick ups and questions, As I knew guts would see and keep us updated,

I bet its a night mare if money is in cyber space but it will eventually hit acount Its not good but I believe the changes will benefit us in the long run,
 
Anything 'new' or upgraded rarely goes without a few 'teething' problems.

I'm pretty sure a few days at most and everything will be 'plain sailing'

Let's face it we players have put up with 'A Nightmare on EM street' for months, I'm sure a few more days if needed we can handle.

This time next week these issues will be forgotten and Guts will be back at their best!

Smooth Sailing for me

Granted some of the games aren't in order like they used to be, I deposited using an e-wallet, and I am playing as we speak. Smooth as butter. DOA is not buggy anymore, THANK YOU!
 
You may not realise it but that post is really apt as the slot game "Nightmare On Elm Street" is the buggiest most broken slot I ever came across :D

Never heard of that slot before.. so went out and checked it.. No wonder i didn't know it cause it seems to be a product of 888/Cassava enterprises, of which i am no fan, but at least the paytable looked cool: apparently 5 wilds pay 10.000 x bet, and as the middle wild is expanding, this could mean a 30.000 x bet line hit, which is quite cool.

Time for someone to pick it up and relaunch it:)

The live chat was a major issue for me last night. I think I was waiting nearly half an hour before it actually started. And then, once the chat had started, sometimes I was waiting up to 6 minutes for a response that would only take half a minute to type. The live chat said they were having
major problems with the chat program as well as with deposits. This was at around 1am UK time last night.

Fast forward to about 11am UK time this morning and my Debit MC deposit (which I was unsure if it had been declined or accepted as I got no confirmation either way after submitting my 3D securecode) was there.
