Sent you a PM also, but just to bring it to other unfortunately players attention as well.

Unfortunately we did not manage to activate the players stored deposit methods in withdrawal section. These will normally activated once the first deposit has been made. I am trying to get these sorted however now, mainly for Skrill and Neteller as the demand is high on these.

Credit Card is a bit unfortunately a bit trickier as the transactions are made via secure traffic and can not be replicated that easy, so my best suggestion would be in these circumstances to do a bank withdrawals until the next credit card deposit, as then it will be activated again.

Thank you all for your understanding, and feel free to PM me and I will see if there is anything I can do to speed things up for you.

What I'm keen to find out is will they be making all the latest games denied to the UK by EM available?

I was wondering as well - I can access (in free play) games that I could not previously, however I don't see the corresponding UKGC blurb under the games, so will have to see whether it is intentional or an oversight.


Also, for Tony and Ben, it looks like a handful of games are appearing twice in the "Video Slots" full games list (with different unique identifiers) such as Bangkok Nights, Big Foot, Cherry Blossoms and Dolphin Reef.

Just keep loading when trying to login. But yeah they need time to sort out so hope all players has got the patience until at least tomorrow and give them the peace without swamping them with emails etc :thumbsup: :notworthy

Also really hope that this also means us UK players will get all games and new slot releases I think to remember Ben told me this :lolup:
 
Ben from guts said they would have the WMS slots in the new year and they still don't have them. Live chat told me today that there not getting them for a while he said not even within the next few months but in the future maybe. SO hold your breath for them getting wms slots. If they did have them im sure i would become a regular there as that is the only thing there missing.
 
Thanks Connie but couldn't get the casino to load at all after that and when I could it wouldn't log me in.

Now I managed to log in but still can not deposit in anyway. As soon as I hit deposit now it opens the page with deposit methods and under them it just says we could not accept our request.

Good thing is all the new slots are available for UK players. Bad thing is its impossible to deposit. Oh well maybe another day.

just made a deposit via skrill no problem, but i had to refresh the page to go back to the guts screen,

but almost perfect :thumbsup:
 
confirmed deposit does not work, tried instadebit and got a error screen with a payment dll could not be loaded or something.

Will update them back live again as soon as they should work again.

Your account is fully verified, The uploading of documents feature will activate when there would be need of additional verification, or when no verification has taken place

I guts is rated very high. And they should be. Problems is usually couple days from changing platform.

But like usually they are going stronger than ever.

Just for the record.
I played a little bit and was able to win . Startêd with 7.8 and ended with 10.01. As I said just for your information. It was arount 11 am today and I tried it at 2 pm again and my balance was 7.8. I don`t want any compensation, just want to tell you my experience. :)
