Guts platform migration

Attempted to make a deposit....got taken to a screen with the web address "gutsornuts/en" :confused:

Tried again....got taken to my Mastercard 3D secure, which is what was supposed to happen.

Put in my Nth, Nth and Nth characters of my password. Clicked submit.

Screen went blank. Waited to see if something would happen to confirm a successful deposit. nothing happened.

I don't know if it's gone out of my bank account or not. But it certainly hasn't gone into my GUTS account.

Went to live chat to seek advice. And I've been number 1 in the queue with an approximate wait time of 1 minute....for the last 20 minutes

Not at all happy. Or impressed.:(:mad:
 
I wanted to play after having my account reopened , had to wait 7 days ..did that deposited with visa , the funds came out of my account but never showed up in my casino balance. CHAT says wait it out maybe tomorrow they will show...nice. picked wrong time to come back to GUTS obviously.
 
I am pissed as well, they just took $102 off my card and its not there, they shouldnt be accepting deps before making sure the system is working.

I just suggested that maybe they should disable deposits until their issues are solved, I knew I should have waited, due to bank card restrictions in Canada I use a prepaid card, what a hassle to have to go and reload it to play elsewhere.
 
Just deposited for the first time in a while, trying to play DOA and the game keeps going 'unavailable' or I get the error 522 message :mad:

Yep, just got punted too, cant even access the site now.

Edit: Its back now, I will say when working the games were much faster, lost my money way quicker :)

Edit: And down again, seems some bugs still to be worked out.
 
We all knew this would of happened, Nothing is easy,

But my original post was ment to say, any person has any questions than fire on, There is bound to be a few hick ups and questions, As I knew guts would see and keep us updated,

I bet its a night mare if money is in cyber space but it will eventually hit acount Its not good but I believe the changes will benefit us in the long run,
 
Anything 'new' or upgraded rarely goes without a few 'teething' problems.

I'm pretty sure a few days at most and everything will be 'plain sailing'

Let's face it we players have put up with 'A Nightmare on EM street' for months, I'm sure a few more days if needed we can handle.

This time next week these issues will be forgotten and Guts will be back at their best!

You may not realise it but that post is really apt as the slot game "Nightmare On Elm Street" is the buggiest most broken slot I ever came across :D

Never heard of that slot before.. so went out and checked it.. No wonder i didn't know it cause it seems to be a product of 888/Cassava enterprises, of which i am no fan, but at least the paytable looked cool: apparently 5 wilds pay 10.000 x bet, and as the middle wild is expanding, this could mean a 30.000 x bet line hit, which is quite cool.

Time for someone to pick it up and relaunch it:)

The live chat was a major issue for me last night. I think I was waiting nearly half an hour before it actually started. And then, once the chat had started, sometimes I was waiting up to 6 minutes for a response that would only take half a minute to type. The live chat said they were having
major problems with the chat program as well as with deposits. This was at around 1am UK time last night.

Fast forward to about 11am UK time this morning and my Debit MC deposit (which I was unsure if it had been declined or accepted as I got no confirmation either way after submitting my 3D securecode) was there.

Granted some of the games aren't in order like they used to be, I deposited using an e-wallet, and I am playing as we speak. Smooth as butter. DOA is not buggy anymore, THANK YOU!

Something might have changed since but the lobby now is amazing for filters compared to what it was, maybe still not perfect but I liked it.
 
Aristocrat and IGT games are restricted for all Aussies.

I've just never as a Canadian been excluded from Aristo (perhaps we're meant to be - just havent come across it at a casino).

Wish I could take credit for this but it sorted of fixed itself ;-).

Just an update on the migration. There have been a few small issues which we have sorted and a couple like the credit card issue that Dionysus had which we are working with our suppliers on sorting out.

Some of the game restrictions are not working which we are fixing now. For example the Aristo games are only available through our UK license so they should be hidden from all other countries.

Overall, bar a few small things the migration went very well considering the magnitude of the project. The tech team we have are simply amazing and the performance of iGaming Cloud is a true testament to their skills and dedication.

I will be travelling this afternoon so if anything should pop up after around 2pm CET please email or PM [email protected].

Hi all,

We have now enabled Instadebit and UsemyFunds again for our Canadian players. I know we previously had issues with UsemyFunds while being under EM, but now it should hopefully work properly.

As always, if you have any issues with these or anything else, I will do my best to have it sorted for you.

There is unfortunately slight delay in these at the moment, but we are pushing them out as quickly as we can, and I am hoping we will be back to our normal processing speed shortly. If someone has a long delay in a withdrawal, please PM me and Ill push it through. That is of course if everything is in order :).

Quick thought. Used to be able to login on noble and laptop at he same time. Kicks you out if you do that now. Sometimes like to play DOA on laptop and another game on phone.

Be careful if doing that especially with a bonus :)

Fair point. Sure it would be fine with guts nut hardly ever take a bonus so nearly always real funds.

Think it relates to he new platform as it happens with Betspin too. Small sacrifice to be rid of EM though!

True words, EM should be binned, Only reason I bought up the playing the games at same time is there was that thread the other day when a player was denied winnings due to a few games open at same time,

Ah....yes a little to quick on the trigger....
I'm back in business....my favorite options have all been restored,
and the games I've tried have all run just super.
 
I went to withdraw £75 when I noticed the home page was displaying my balance as £153. It seemed odd as my peak balance was only £101 so it couldn't have been lag. I thought I must have won one of their raffles so I checked account details and it showed a £78 bonus had been added.

I contacted live chat to find out what it was for, but all they saw on their end was the correct £75 balance. The balance then adjusted to the correct amount of £75.

Fortunately I was still capturing game play so everything was recorded just as it was displayed on my end.

If one of the reps would like to see the video, just send me a PM and I will send you a link so you can investigate what happened here. The video is unlisted so you'll need a link to watch it.

I've never had a casino display the incorrect balance before so I'm guessing it must be a result of the migration and something glitched.:)
