Ben, for GUTS' sake I'd really like to hear that you guys are acknowledging that the problems are server-side and you're trying to fix them instead of doing those case-by-case investigations like you've done in the past.

Had a go at IGT & NetEnt slots yesterday. Bitten (IGT) again worked without any problems but as soon as I chanced to Flowers (NetEnt) the problems began. Got the ¨game is not available right now¨ message twice in just half an hour. Definetely took a bite out of a relaxing gaming session

We I have acknowledged in the past that we had some issues with the server setup, did major repairs, changed some things and all was good. The only account that we were experiencing major issues with was yours which is why we are doing a case by case investigation. Then tobyh started to have issues, but until a few days ago I was under the impression that you were not having any problems any more so although we were still looking into your account we started an investigation into tobyh's account.

I am meeting with the IT people this morning and will update the thread accordingly.

To be fair, i played last night for a bit and the issue seems to be 99% resolved. Error 2 only came once.


Tried that new playboy slot. Bit boring isnt it? Like IR without the polish. No random wild rounds either. Waste of a franchise.

The good:
-The different features at Guts are the best I've seen so far. I really like the "favorite games" menu available at all time at the bottom of the screen for instance.
-The full screen function is pretty good.
-Ben (he reminds me of pre-accreditation Andy*). He's working his ass off and trying hard to make it work, which is always good for players.

The bad:
-Can't buy CAD with my credit card yet, but that doesn't apply to every currency.
-The "recent winners" scrolling menu. It's not updated very often and most wins are lame (like "XYZ just won $5 on Starburst"...who cares, really). You can hide it, but it will reappear every time that you load a new game. Minor annoyance.

The ugly: (fixed?!)
- Server issues.


IMO you should give it a shot in free money and see how it goes from there.

Regarding the winners scrolling menu. I just spoke to our developers and they will develop a feature so it will remember your last preference with the winners scroll. So if you close it you can open other games, log out, log back in and it will remain closed unless you decide to open it again. It should be live next week .
