I have nothing but respect for the rep. I really appreciate all that he has done and I have no complains against him. Ben is a pro- his activity so far in this "Guts.com is giving it a go" prouves that so.. hats off. I am just angry on these excessive safety procedures when someone has nothing but good intentions. I would like to comment on Guts' e-mail offers.
Since joining, and claiming all three sign-up bonuses same day or so, I have not made further deposits (for no particular reason, just been busy).

Several of the e-mails I've received since has been information on their sign-up bonuses, and their service in general.
While I appreciate that these are probably sent out automatically, you'd think they wouldn't send bonuses that are already claimed.

Some e-mails, like the one I received yesterday, have been unclear. The subject led me to believe I'd receiceved a NDB and free spins ("Gratis penger og freespins" or "Free money and free spins"). Reading the e-mail it's actually a deposit match and free spins next day. Also, the bonus code is the same as the welcome package, so it may be I don't qualify anyways, having already used it.

Also, I would love to see T&C's listed directly in the e-mail. I'm all for creative writing, but sometimes it can be interpreted in more than one way. How about listing important things like percentage, max amount, expiry, WR and so on at the bottom?
