    Hello,

    this is my first post in this board.

    Since i´m a user at gowild casino i have complained about cashout
    time and time to reverse a withdrawal.

    Last week i have won 1700 EUR and made a withdrawal request on friday
    morning.

    Casino promised me 2 times they will ask finance department
    to withdraw faster and maximum is 48 hours reverse time.

    They also told me processing the withdrawal could take longer
    because of the weekend but the reverse time is always maximum 48 hours.

    I checked also the website and other gambling sites, nowhere
    it says the reverse time could be 3 days and longer!

    What is your experience if you cashout friday morning?

    I waited patiently 73 hours and i made the mistake and lost it!
    Of course this is my mistake, but i have waited 73 hours and they
    told me 48 hours is the time to reverse it.
    So without their mistake my mistake would never happen because i could
    never lose it if reverse time is 48-72 hours!

    And in which other casino which says they are on of the best
    casinos, player have to wait 4 days for reverse time being over and
    get misleading informations?

    If i ask every other casino to withdraw faster they would do it,
    at least the pending period should be shorter, but in this casino it
    seems 72 hours waiting is not enough.

    Reason is i have won the second time in one week, first withdrawal was 1549 EUR, second 1700 EUR and it seems this casino makes it as hard as possible their players to get their winnings.
    73 hours patiently waiting is not enough
    for reverse time being over. :eek:

    I have no problem if the payment process takes longer, but at least the reverse time should never be delayed and at least i don´t expect
    casinos forget their own rules and give their players misleading informations!

    Last thursday i was playing, then a chat window opened and they promised me to do everything to withdraw faster, but all i got was 73 hours pending period. So instead of faster it was much slower!

    I have contacted GIA today, but all i got were cheap excuses like at weekend
    reverse time doesn´t count.:eek:
    This means if people cashout on a friday they have to wait until Tuesday only for reverse time being over!
    What´s that? Is this true or what i think a cheap excuse?

    And why is this information not on their website or any gambling site?
    Why did they say on saturday reverse time is 48 hours if it´s 4 days if you cashout on a friday?

    And then they told me player like reverse time and that´s why it doesn´t count on weekend. :eek:

    I see no reason for a serious casino to delay their reverse time no matter if it´s weekend or not because no one is working with the money.
    Reverse time should be over automatically after 48 hours and then i could not lose my money.

    But now this casino got what they wanted, my money and everything is fine for them.
    They see only my mistake but without giving me misleading informations, without delaying the reverse time without any reason, i would never lose the money because i have waited patiently 73 hours!

    Not sure what shall i think about it, i highly doubt this reverse time of 4 days is true, i think they do these things only with people who have won too much in their eyes and i think this is pitiful because they told me on saturday and thursday it´s 48 hours and on every other site i find the 48 hours reverse time informations.

    And in my opinion a good casino would remove the pending period if a player asks for it, 48 hours were more than enough time to change my mind, 72 hours i would still get my money, but delaying it longer and longer this is only how a rogue casino would act!

    These sites have these stupid pending periods because of people like YOU! The hard truth is you lost your willpower and discipline and reversed, like they wanted you to do. You w/d on a Friday so the pending should have been over by Tuesday PM at the latest. You cannot blame them for your lack of willpower. I do though sympathise that people are still depositing at sites that have such a tortuously slow payout process. The bigger the sum the more they want you to reverse. CS have nothing but scripted answers where financials are concerned, they are separate from the banking people at the casino.
    It is common for pending periods NOT to include the weekend - even the mighty 32red have that awful rule although they would have allowed you to flush it. Did you ask GW if they flush? Also when you have a decent w/d pending and get onto CS to see how quick you'll be paid, it immediately alerts them that you are the type to reverse and therefore in a panic to be paid.

    Yes i made a mistake, but they told me it´s 48 hours and nowhere is the information reverse time could be delayed.
    And if you think about it nothing should delay reverse time!
    Reverse time is the time for players to change their mind and there
    is no reason to delay this time just because of the weekend!

    It has nothing to do when finance department starts the payment process.
    Payment process can take longer because of weekend but NEVER the reverse time
    and if they have other rules, they should be honest to their players and never tell them
    reverse time is 48 hours on saturday!
    Reverse time should be over automatically after 48 hours no matter if it´s weekend or not!

    On every website it says 48 hours without any exception is the reverse time at gowild casino.
    So of course i can blame them, because no serious casino would ignore their own rules and give players misleading informations!

    I have asked them everyday to cashout faster and complained many times about the pending period. If they tell me it´s 48 hours then i expect 48 hours and i waited 73 hours.

    GoWild used to pay in under an hour, how the mighty have fallen:rolleyes:

    They also used to be accredited, but they lost interest in keeping up the standards. They now sit in the reservation, neither good nor bad, just another casino among the masses.

    Are you sure it doesn't say that cashouts are not processed at weekends? Because it's 48 WORKING hours not including weekends.

    Sadly a lot of casinos use this tactic.

    Remember rivals before they were rogue? Every single time they would take longer than the specified maximum pending time and claim it was a rare occurrence which was beyond their control. Rubbish... it was all a tactic to get the player to reverse and lose the lot.

    The whole thing casino's use with "pending" periods, where the withdrawal must stay reversible for x amount of time simply stinks.

    I learnt the harsh lesson with this thanks to xbingo. Cant remember exact details but im sure my withdrawal was pending at around £2000. Something like 5 days pending period. More than 2 weeks later and it was still pending and I did exactly what they wanted me to do... reversed the lot and lost it.

    It's a tactic they know many people will fall for. From now on I avoid any casino that allows you to reverse a withdrawal and doesnt allow flushing.

    bet-at.eu have proved excellent since there are never any reversible periods and they send your money in just a few hours

    I've had a few cashouts from GW..and always always happens on a Friday for some reason. But anyways, it has always been the 48 hr typical and then come Monday i'll get my congrats email and that's when they'll start work on my withdraw. Generally it takes 5-7 days to get my withdraw and that's through bank wire which always takes longer.

    This is exactly what i have thought. They gave me right informations with 48 hours pending and delayed it because i did not reverse it!
    So i think i can blame them and my complaint is complete right!

    No matter what i did, if they would follow their rules/terms of 48 hours pending and act fair i would get my winnings, because i have waited patiently longer than 72 hours and it should be 48 hours!

    So now i know this casino doesn´t like fair play if someone wins, 48 hours is
    their pending period no matter if weekend or not!

    But they thought they make it for me harder because i have won second time in one week and thought it´s ok to delay the reverse time!
    And this happened after many complaints about the reverse time and cashout time!

    And now i know i got cheap excuses today if they tell me weekend doesn´t count for the pending period.

    Very sad, i thought it could be my favourite casino but seems they don´t know what they are doing!

    Have you checked their T&C's where weekends/cashouts are stipulated? Please do so and maybe paste them here before ranting against them. I'm not saying they've behaved like angels, but you are crying over spilt milk, that YOU knocked over.....

    What i have done after it is not important, because
    Gowild casino has a 48 hours pending time and not 4 days.
    Without their mistake(i would call it manipulation) my mistake
    would never happen!

    Weekend doesn´t change anything because other player
    get a 48 hours reverse time during weekend and i asked the whole week
    for flushing.

    Instead of flushing or a shorter
    pending period they delayed the reverse time 4 days and
    gave me misleading informations!

    In the terms and condition is nothing about the pending period/reverse time.

    When i started to play at gowild i knew payment process is slow, but reverse time
    should get easy removed if a player asks for it.

    I don´t like these methods and what has happened i would never expect
    from a serious casino!

    I've reversed my share of withdrawals. This is why I can't play online. I just don't have the patience and hate the max bet rule with bonus money. But no doubt in my mind online casinos used suspect tactics.

    I've got to say online is so different than the usa land casino I play. At the land casino they congratulate you on your win and offer you the choice of cash or check, even a portion in a check with or without the taxes taken out. Online casinos seem to resent winners.

    You spent it, the fault lies with you. Regardless of whether they stalled or were late paying, noone held a knife to you making you spend it. GoWild has always paid me - I've never had a PAB or issues. Late does not equate rogue. If your lifestyle is contingent on having immediate funds, gambling is probably not the best hobby.
    That being said, there's plenty of casinos who pay in 24 hours and under. Go play there. Lesson learned. Nest time, wait, and you'd have had the money to dep elsewhere.

    I feel for you. You live in a country where you have many choices where to play. Show your displeasure with your wallet.

    I would send them an email stating how you feel about them not living up to their terms (you know what would happen if you break their terms), if they offer you a free chip to compensate you, play it. If you win, cash out, wait as long as it takes, and then move on to a casino that won't jerk you around.

    Check the accredited list here and you should be able to find a nice new place to play at.

    I'm no fan of Go Wild casino, I've even had a rant on this forum about them before. I had a few cash-outs from them, they all hit my bank within 24 hours (or a little more), they also flush cash-outs. My problem wasnt with their finance department. My problem was with their customer support "sweetie, darling, dear" would you just deposit another $50 so you can get the "full benefit" of the bonus and get tied into further WR :rolleyes: They spent more time whispering sweet nothings at me than they did actually resolving issues. IMO they had no idea what they were on about, not even the VIP manager had a clue :eek2:

    Now you spend you're cash-out and blame the casino? Oh how I'd love to get back every cash-out I've stupidly reversed. Are you serious? You want the casino to give you back you're cash-out that you spent because you couldn't control you're self?

    I sympathize with you're situation, I really do. But don't you think that's just a tad silly? Just a suggestion but maybe next time you could show some self control and not reverse. The casino can't give you back funds that you've already spent :)

    Those who are prone to reverse (like myself :oops:) shouldn't play where it can be done, period. I only play where I get paid same day now and I encourage everyone to do the same.

    Before joining CM, I was only playing at a casino that had a 48hrs pending period and most of my "withdrawals" wouldn't go through because I was reversing them all the time. Playing was utterly pointless in those conditions since I could almost never win.

    Do yourself a favor and stick to more ethical casinos: same day payout or nothing.

    I never blamed the casino for my reversals, though. I knew it was my fault. I'd probably not reverse anymore since my online play is more disciplined these days but I'm against this casino behaviour.

    To me it's like walking into a B&M casino, winning and being handed your cash but blocked by the security guy at the door and told that you have to wait 3 hours before you can leave the place. Sure, you can go sit in a corner and wait, but they are clearly doing it because they want you to spend your money back. It's unethical and feels very wrong.

    I showed self-control and waited the 48 hours reverse time, i waited 73 hours exactly,
    3 full day and they told me 48 hours is their regular reverse time.

    Don´t blame me if casino made the mistake and delayed reverse time!
    Under no circumstances a casino should delay the reverse time!
    Don´t tell me a player needs 3 days to change his mind!

    I did something which is not unusual but THEY did something which
    is very shameful, promise a player 48 hours reverse time, promise
    to do everything for a faster cashout process but then ignore the wish
    to flush it, ignore every complaint about the pending period
    and THEN delay it!
    I have waited the whole reverse time, 48 hours is their reverse time!
    No matter what i have done much later, casino did the mistake
    when they told me 48 hours reverse time and then they delayed
    it.
    If they would tell me 73 hours reverse time, i would wait 73 hours.
    Is it too much to ask to be honest and to play fair,
    obviously yes!

    I was frustrated because of their misleading promises!

    What is worse? I think i have a reason to complaint and yes
    i would expect the casino sees their mistake and correct it
    but i know if a casino forget everything and every rule,
    there is nothing to expect so i decided to talk about it
    in a casino complaint board which is the right place for it!

    You gamble online, therefore I can assume you're an adult - if you cant wait beyond 73 hours, then you have bigger problems than a casino's wait period. Accept responsibility - don't pass the buck onto the casino.
    Should a casino honour it's pending period and withdraw times? Sure. Is it the casino's fault you pissed way your wins? No! Even the best of casinos have processor problems, wait periods, security checks etc. If you can't learn self control, you don't need a PAB, you need a time out.

    The casino didn't force you to play, though. You still made the decision to reverse and you lost. Had you won €20,000 with your reversal you'd not be here whining about it would you?

    You f*cked up, time to move on. Play somewhere else where there's no reversal time in the future.
