Yes, he can count on a present if everything goes well. Thanks for you and for jetset too for the suggestion!

No problem, be sure to let us know when you get paid! Then DELETE grand banks from your hard drive permanently!

Ok, I'll write here when I receive the money! Of course I'll never play again at these casinos, I'm not that stupid. :)

Didn't mean to imply that, its just that they will send you all kinds of VERY attractive bonus offers to entice you back. Just say no!

Yes, I keep getting these bonus offers, but don't worry, nothing can be attractive enough to entice me back to these rogues. If we don't learn from our mistakes, it is not worth making them. :)

unfortunately I made the mistake and played at BW and GB.

Ive been waiting (as everybody else) for my money for 5 weeks now.
(50 $ at BW and 830 $ at GB)

Is there any possible way to accelerate the payout, youve found out??
How long have you been waiting for your money in average?
Do Ive to keep begging via LiveChat shall I send daily emails or just dont do anything..... ?!?!?

If you have any kind of advice concerning that problem please let me know! :-D

just stay away

Honestly no one wins and it is easy to become addicted, I am and have lost all my life savings plus some, I am depressed, etc do yourself a favour and stick to occassionally going to real casinos for a treat.

Be warned

Hi Lukas85,

Send me your info via "Pitch a Bitch" and maybe I can get an answer on when you'll be paid.

yesterday I recieved this (after pitching a bitch a few days earlier) :

Hello Lukas,

This email is to inform you that the activity on your account from the
beginning of March 2004 has been system-flagged. Closer examination
indicates that your account was opened solely for the purposes of abusing
the generous welcome offer at Grand Banks. This is a violation of the terms
of use at Grand Banks and is not looked upon favorably as you might know.

Promotional bonuses are not made available for the exploitation of the
casino, but for the additional entertainment value provided to our member
players - we cannot emphasize this enough.

As your activity did not come to light sooner the property has little choice
but to pay you your full withdrawal amount (including winnings and bonuses).
You should know however, that your withdrawal will not be prioritized but
will be processed in queue with others classified for similar play.

Clarence Evans,
Manager - Grankd Banks

thats just ridiculous. I deposited 250$ met all wagering requirements and ended up with 830$ - who wouldnt cash-in in this situation ???? Now they accuse me of bonus abuse to excuse further delay of my payment. These sneaky scumbags !

Did anyone here recieve similar mails??

Interesting phrase they use at the end there, 'in the queue with others classified for similar play'. In other words, ANYONE who dares to accept one of the MANY bonuses we throw at you constantly, will be labeled as some kind of parasite in the eyes of the almighty casino, and penalized by slow pay.

GRAND BANKS, YOU SUCK SO MUCH I CAN'T WAIT TILL YOU ARE OUT OF BUSINESS!

Im beginning to doubt whether Ill ever recieve my money. Its been 6 weeks now that Ive requested the cashout.

Could you let me know how long you have been waiting for your cashout to be aproved?

unfortunately it seems as if the meister couldnt improve the situation neither :-(

Lest we forget, it was my chance meeting with one of their operators last year in Montreal that explained these "delays" in payment.

Why are so surprised that Lukas85 is getting shafted/the runaround/screwed over?

I'll see if I can get any further information to see what exactly is being abused here.

of course youre right by saying that I should have had a look at your rogue section before playing at those places and I definitely didnt mean to offend you in any way (how could I) . But unfortunately its just the matter that I got to know your site afterdepositing at GB and BW. :-/

If you found any further information concerning my issue I would probably be the happiest man in the forum ( over 800 $ are a lot of money for a student who gets only 50 Eur pocket money/month....)

Grand Banks

Hi Lukas,

I had a similar problem with Grand Banks sister company, Black Widow. I deposited money (unfortunately before I saw the were "rogued" on this site) and waited 2 months to receive my winnings.

I called, emailed, used their live chat, emailed Bryan for help, and surprisingly, they finally paid me exactly two months after I made my withdrawal request. Nothing I did seemed to speed up the process, but I did notice that I was paid exactly two months to the day after my request.

I believe they might designate two months as their date to pay; after delaying you. If you wait until then, you might actually get paid. I will NEVER deal with them again.

3 additional weeks have passed, but they still haven't paid me... Now for more than 4 and half months!

Bryan, would you please ask Playtech again about this? I appreciate all of your efforts.

If your bankroll is so small, you should consider whether online gambling is really suitable for you.

He has a point, you shouldn't be gambling to get rich. It most likely won't happen. You should only be playing with money you can afford to lose and that won't make a difference in your life if you didn't have it anymore. Don't chase losses trying to win it back, that'll get you in deeper and deeper and you may never get it back. Set a hard limit for your play and never exceed it, even if you think the big one is right around the corner. It probably isn't.

I don't want to seem totally negative here, but its a fact that the games all have a house edge (except full pay deuces wild, which may be like 0.2% advantage to the player) so you will lose, but you may win.

well, my situation isnt that dramatic
I wont starve to death if dont get the money :-D

I never had the intention to "get rich" by gambling please dont take
my post above to serious. I just wanted to point out that it hurts tough
if my net profit was decreased by 800 $ - thats all.

I started gambling with an initial deposit of 110$ to fund my neteller account, thinking "well, should I lose it - fu## it, doesnt matter too much".
From this point back in January onwards Ive been solely playing with the money Ive won.

Sounds like you've thought it out already, that's good. I really hope you finally get your money from those thieves too, and when you do, never look back!
