Issue With Deposits not Crediting at Videoslots!

I've been playing at Videoslots for nearly a decade and never really had an issue with them, until recently. I have always used Instadebit for deposits and withdrawals and it's always gone smoothly, but Videoslots has somehow lost the last 3 Instadebit deposits I've made with them. They eventually found the first 2, after a week of chasing them for each. The 3rd lost deposit is still missing, for over a week now. I have proof from Instadebit security that VS did receive the funds, same as the first two deposits.

Why have I made 3 deposits that keep getting lost? The 2nd and 3rd deposits were made after they told me their system was fixed, but they were wrong. Their system is still broken. I find it ridiculous that people who have won 6 figure amounts at online casinos are getting paid faster that someone who simply wants their OWN deposit to appear in their account! The VS rep here at Casinomeister is very nice, but cannot do anything more than their chat agents, unfortunately. Those frustrating cookie-cutter cut'n paste replies really don't help anyone. I'm not sure what happened to their excellent support but it's definitely changed, and not for the better.

While I wait for them to maybe find my 3rd missing deposit, I wanted to let others know about these issues with Instadebit deposits at Videoslots. I don't want anyone else to go through this nonsense, especially if they try to deposit considerably more money than the small amount that I did. So, anyone using Instadebit (don't know if this also applies to other wallets at Videoslots as well), just be careful as your deposits will most likely go missing for several days until they finally fix this problem. And yes, Instadebit still works at other online casinos with no issues whatsoever.
 
I had an issue with them that didn’t get fixed for a while. Using my debit card, I accidentally typed in the wrong security number and payment still went through. I wasn’t 100% sure I had at the time, but did it again a while later and that went through as well. It must have gotten fixed eventually as the next time I did it, “payment failed”. Worrying though that it could happen.

They are definitely not quick when it comes to fixing issues like this. They know there's an issue (they resolved it twice before the previous week) and they know they have my deposit, so why not just put an amount equal to my deposit into my account and then keep the initial deposit once they are done with their investigation. I play on there several times a day, almost every day and the don't appear to care about that. For a measly $50 that is mine to begin with, they want to risk losing thousands down the road? Makes no sense to me, but if that's what they want...

We are now on day 9 and still not a peep from anyone. Are they doing this on purpose now or are they this disorganized over there? Makes me wonder what would happen if one hits a jackpot at Videoslots and if it was the casino's money they'd be waiting for!
 
Have you tried contacting their rep? @Team.Videoslots? Try dropping them a PM, they are regularly on the forum.
Yes. I have been speaking to the rep from Day 1, as well as their chat/email support. All keep saying that my deposit will be credited "shortly". I'd hate to see how long it takes if it's not "shortly", lol.
 
It's now been 2 full weeks and counting and they still have not credited my $50 deposit. At this point, I'm concluding that they have stolen the funds and I will cut my losses. In all honesty, I signed up with Videoslots many years ago because they used to be one of the good guys, but things have clearly changed there and they are now no better than any of the other shady online casinos out there. What a shame.
 
Yes, this palce is so slow with issues. My bonus money disapeard today. Chat says that it can take time when they are gonna search issue 🤣
 
Good luck. It took over 2 weeks for me to get my own deposit put into my account, so bonus money could take months, lol!

I used to enjoy playing at Videoslots and made deposits there several times a day, but I have not been back since due to their awful customer service. They made it perfectly clear to me that they don't give a crap so I went elsewhere. Their loss, not mine.
